*All non-resident drivers and vendors must present a valid, government-issued driver’s license upon request.

*Work vehicles are not permitted to be parked inside the community. Oversized vehicles, vehicles with logos are not permitted in the community overnight.

This 3-bedroom estate includes a private casita and spacious en-suite bathrooms in two of the bedrooms.



The expansive outdoor area is designed for both relaxation and entertainment, featuring a heated pool, spa, Baja shelf, waterfall, and fire pit. Inside, enjoy modern comforts like stainless steel appliances, a 65” HD TV, and an open-concept living space. High-speed WiFi ensures seamless connectivity throughout the home and outdoor areas.



For security, exterior cameras (Ring Doorbell) are installed. There are no cameras inside the home.



OUTDOOR PATIO & POOL

Bask in the desert sun with stunning golf course views just steps away. The outdoor fire pit table is perfect for al fresco dining and cozy nights under the stars. Enjoy the heated pool, spa, and cascading waterfall, all set against breathtaking mountain and fairway views. The patio also includes a stainless steel gas BBQ and reclining lounge chairs for ultimate relaxation.



INSIDE THE HOME

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a spacious island, perfect for entertaining. The formal dining area seats eight, while large windows flood the living space with natural light, offering stunning views of the pool, spa, and golf course.



The master suite boasts a king bed, sofa daybed, and a spa-like en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a deep soaking tub. The second guest room and private casita each have their own bathrooms for added comfort.

Guest Access:

Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.



To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Upon arrival, you'll find a lockbox on the front gate, which contains a key specifically for your stay.

Getting Around:

For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.



Other Things to Note:

Pool heating is $75 per day. We typically charge for the full stay — please message us to confirm if you’d like the pool heated.

Rates are based on occupancy; additional guests may increase the nightly rate.

Guests are responsible for any HOA citations incurred during their stay.



Free High-speed Wireless WIFI (+50Mbps) access throughout the house which extends into the back patio and pool area. Cable TV is available in all bedrooms and living room.

Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am.



To get there use Jefferson which turns into PGA Blvd, follow it all of the way to Palmer Security Gate, and take a right to enter the gate. Provide your name and the property address to the Security Guard at the gate.



Please leave garbage cans in the garage as our team will come by to move them to the curb on Sunday evenings (they will use a garage door opener to access the garage only to not disturb you during your stay). Trash pickup is on Monday mornings around 6 am. Our team will return on Monday afternoon to place them back into the garage. Please do not place any trash bins or trash bags on the curb otherwise the association will fine us. If you have time, please strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry baskets in each bedroom. If you have time to start one load of laundry that's great, if not no worries.



Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200 fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people that will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access.



The golf course is private property, if you are not a paid golfer, please stay off the course, the HOA views unauthorized golf course access as trespassing.



The gas for the grill and the fire pit are connected to propane tanks, please make sure you turn both off when not in use.



The rental agreement must be signed to confirm your reservation; otherwise, the booking may be canceled.

    outside screen door on the master bedroom was not in place when we arrived. several sprinkles along the walkway were damaged or knocked off(not by us).wifi in the casita was too weak to be useful.the air conditioning in main house and casita seemed difficult to control,it was almost always too cold

    Property was accurately described in listing, and was in good shape and cleaning was very thorough and detailed. Communication with property manager was prompt and helpful. Kitchen in particular was better stocked than usual for short-term rentals. Had a great stay and would be happy to return.

    This property was excellent. From the moment we walked into the house. Everything very clean, and everything you need to cook. Looked just like the pictures. Great place to Relax (the pool is wonderful). We stayed a week and wish it could have been a month. We have stayed at many VRBO and we have never had communication with the owners that has been this excellent, always ready to answer a question and to help. Very nice location to everything in LaQuinta. We will be back for sure. Thank you Eddy for all your help with this property. This property and management deserve over 5 Stars! It was absolutely wonderful!

    This property was fantastic. Setting and community was exactly what we were looking for. We enjoyed riding electric bike throughout the PGAWest community. Beautiful view of 2nd fairway on the Palmer golf course. Everything was so easy to enjoy.

    Excellent home and fantastic location. This was a last minute golf trip and the host was super responsive and made the entire stay easy and wonderful. Extremely quiet neighborhood and beautiful property—definitely look forward to staying here again on our next golf trip to Palm Springs! Highly recommend!
