Cary Comfort: Cozy & Convenient Stayn

Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms were great for multiple families coming together for a family wedding. Good spaces to hang out together. American Tobacco Trail nearby for a very nice walk.

Property is absolutely beautiful with plenty of room for extended family. Mital was a great host. Very quick response and delivered all as promised. We could not be more pleased. It was the first time in a year that we had both of our adult children and spouses together so the fire pit in the backyard was a great feature to have.We were in town for a wedding so getting out early on Sunday was a challenge and he graciously allowed us to stay a few hours later than posted so we could properly clean and pack. It was an awesome experience all around.

Great size and location.

The house is very big -we had two families there and were super comfortable-also the fire pit area was so nice and relaxing it was our favorite part of the home. Process was easy all the way through and host was super helpful!

Great house for a large extended family to spend a long weekend together. Lots of space for everyone. The kids loved having a room of bunkbeds.

GOOD: House is cute and large enough for 3 families, including a bunk room for kids. On a quiet street.BAD: They have a noise monitoring system IN the house which was not disclosed originally and basically told us we could not make any noise because the neighbors are sensitive to noise. But then they also monitor the noise inside?? We felt like we were constantly having to get on to the kids to keep quiet or we'd be charged a 1,000 fee.The yard was not mowed until the day before we left, so the kids didn't play outside. The yard isn't nearly as big as pictured.There was no pool table as listed.House needed some upkeep. Hand rails were all worn and sticky (ew), door handle fell off of master bedroom door and door was hard to open. Lots of junk in the backyard and garage.

We were in town for the ACC Tennis Championships at Cary Tennis Park. This house was perfectly located to the site. It was nice to have a big kitchen to share takeout food and cook good breakfasts. We'd definitely stay here again.

The house was spacious with a bathroom for every bedroom! Host was on top of any request and extremely easy to contact. The house is as you see in the listing with no negative surprises. We had a wonderful stay with a group of family & friends!

The house was okay. We had little kids ages 2-7, the backyard was not fully enclosed however they loved the bunk beds and game room. There were plenty of rooms for all of our families however all the beds were very uncomfortable and low to the ground.

The house had plenty of room and was very clean. Was not a fan of the noise level monitoring system that was present. Was a little disappointed that the garage was not accessible for parking. Overall was a good stay.
