Stayed Feb 13, 2025The location is great, and the property is, for the most part, as described. However, the house is old and tired. Understand, I would stay here again, and it was appropriately priced. Communication is outstanding. The pool may be the best-maintained feature. While the house was clean, it cannot be described as luxurious. It is comfortable and suitable for most people looking to rent in Carrollwood. Simply, the listing oversells the place. If you are looking for a place for a large group in Carrollwood, this is great. If you are looking for luxury, you will be disappointed.

Stayed Sep 20, 2023We very much enjoyed our stay. The Home was bigger than expected. It was clean, well equipped, and comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the extra large pool. We had a few problems, but overall, I would recommend this home.

Stayed Aug 15, 2023The property was beautiful. There were plenty of very comfortable beds, coffee and snacks provided in the kitchen, basics in bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, soap), an abundance of towels and lots of garage and driveway space. The neighborhood was quiet and wonderful to walk through (very safe/neighbors were friendly). I had a 2 and 4 year old so was happy to see there were no decorations in reaching distance to worry about protecting and there were high bolts on the back slider that led to the pool. The manager responded to all my texts immediately and helped with everything including wifi passwords (that were already listed in the initial info). It was within walking distance to a grocery store and several restaurants and a quick drive from all the attractions. We would definitely stay again!
