Stayed May 16, 2025Jessica, was a wonderful host. Check in and check out were easy. Just the right size for my wife and I for the weekend. It is only a 20 minute drive to Miami of Ohio university.

Stayed Aug 24, 2024We did not receive any check-in information prior to our stay and had to send multiple texts directly to owner for information. The condition of the exterior was unkept and run-down. The house smelled musty so we slept with the windows open. The first floor toilet seat was broken and we had to find the bath towels in the dryer. We also had to figure out the tv system by connecting the first floor Roku to second floor tv. Felt like they were unprepared for our stay and would not recommend.

Stayed Apr 12, 2024We were in town for a soccer tournament and enjoyed being 12 min from Joyce and Optimist fields plus having great food options in downtown Hamilton. Suggest The Fringe for coffee, and Basil 1791 for dinner. The house was as pictured. Loft bedroom upstairs with sitting nook and full bath with shower. Downstairs is kitchen, living room and half bath with laundry. We did not cook, but certainly could have with the adequate equipment and utensils provided. Appreciated the extra sheets and bedding. Overall simple, comfortable house for a weekend stay.
