Carolina Sunshine - Nags Head MP 16, Oceanfront, Pool, Hot Tub, Pets OK, Flex Stays

Our family had a wonderful time however the home is in need of updating and cleaning. Upon check in, my daughter found a cockroach in her dresser drawer, she chose to live out of her suitcase for the entirety of the stay. We had many more cockroaches during the week. The Master Shower had a crack which leaked through to the bottom floor. We were told not to use it. We had to share the hall bathroom with our son, his wife and our granddaughter. There were exposed nails, one on which my daughter cut open her leg. The nails outdoors were taken care of while we were at the home. Two lights were not working. The one above the kitchen sink made it difficult to see when washing dishes. The wood floor of the top deck had cracks and was splintered.

Main kitchen fridge not working and not replaced until 5 days into our stay. Management aware of that before check in as well. Pool had much sand in it and not cleaned until 3 days after we arrived. Bathroom shower/tub drains did not work as should due to clogged with hair. Could not spend much time on balconies as neighbors always outaide smoking Marijuana and obviously could not allow kids out. Very disappointed and having to go up and down 3 flights of stairs hard especially for older guests. Sorry for inconvenience easy to say when not the one dealing with it. Not the family vacation we planned or expected especially for cost.

The location (Oceanside) is what makes this property awesome. Being large enough to handle 7 adults and 3 teenagers was a plus. The kitchen is small, but extremely well-stocked. The stand-alone ice maker on the first floor, and 2 fullsize refrigerators and an additional beverage fridge in the billiards room, were very nice to have. Great views from the 3rd floor valcony ocerlooking tge ocean. Proprty management addressed our concern with the oven racks....they convinced the owner to replace the oven. It was way passed its prime! Appliance company truck was waiting for us to depart on our departure day (we left an hour before scheduled time)....perfect. The geds and pillows were very comfortable. Overall, a great place to stay for a week.

House was nice and laid out well. a lot of the plugs were very loose and pool heater had some issues but otherwise everything was excellent.

The pool was cloudy so we called you and you sent them out. The guy was very rude and disrespectful. Suggested we should not put sunscreen on the kids as that was the issue. Other than that it was a beautiful vacation and would rent again without hesitation

Bedrooms worked well for our group. Distance to the beach was great. Enjoyed the heated pool. Have worked with Beach Realty both times we were in Nags Head. Always very helpful with any questions I had.
