Carolina has a Community Pool just a short walk away, or relax on your way to the pool with the two private Golf Carts, one electric and one gas, for your use. Please Note the town of Emerald Isle has a rule in place that states golf carts arenot to be driven on Coastguard Road. This home also features a Game Room with a Pool Table and Foosball Table. Take advantage of the beautiful outdoor space and set up the Corn Hole Boards outside or play a friendly game of basketball for an evening of family fun! This home is equipped with High Speed Wireless Internet for your convenience.

The Covered Patio offers a bubbling Hot Tub, Outdoor Shower and a Tiki Bar waiting for your next mixed drink! Additionally, enjoy streaming your favorite music to highlight that vacay vibe with the Bluetooth stereo inside and out by the hot tub and Tiki bar!

Level One: The expansive open concept Living Area perfectly blends the Living, Dining and Kitchen areas for the perfect family gatherings. Use the Alexa speaker provided for your music selections and weather info, the charging station for your phones, and plenty of puzzles and games for rainy days! The Living room has cozy seating, Flat Screen Smart TV with access to apps including Hulu Plus, Nextflix and more, and direct access to the outdoor Deck. The deck is partially covered and has 2 teak chaise lounges, 4 Adirondack chairs, a wicker sofa with 2 matching chairs and a large table that seats 8. This deck is the most frequently cited amenity by guests as a favorite place to chat with family and friends, and observe the diverse wildlife of the wetlands in the back of the property. The Gourmet Kitchen and Dining Area host seating for 8 and additional seating for 5 at the Kitchen island. With the spacious Kitchen and generous counter-tops - there will never be too many cooks in the Kitchen! Located off the Main Living Area Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed and TV. This bedroom has it's own bathroom that can also be accessed from the kitchen.

Level Two: Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and TV. Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed and TV. Bedroom #4 has a Queen Bed and TV. Bedroom #5 has two Twins. Each pair of bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. An added bonus on this level is the small private balcony overlooking the wetlands pond - perfect for enjoying your morning coffee! To make your waterside stay even more enjoyable, home is equipped with Dynatrap, an insect trap for insects and mosquitoes. Additionally, this season the yard is also protected by Mosquito Defense Service provided by TrueGreen.
