Stayed May 29, 2025Great location! Check in was a breeze. My family and I really enjoyed the closeness to the beach access, top deck with the view of the ocean (spent mornings and evening a lot there). Kitchen was stocked very well had everything we needed. The elevator was greatly appreciated made bringing in groceries easy. My family has been through a lot the past 9 months. This was really nice for us all to connect in a wonderful place!

Stayed Jul 29, 2024The house and location were excellent. The problem was the weather for two weeks. The worst in over thirty years of vacationing there. Something that no one can control. Made our vacation very disappointing.

We loved being so close to the boardwalk to get to the beach and the view from the top balcony was stunning. Heather was pleasant, accommodating, and very easy to communicate with! Thanks for helping us make lasting memories in Atlantic Beach!

Stayed Sep 18, 2023Great location, but roach problem with no reply for days from owner. The tropical storm came in and owner didnt reach out to see if we needed anything or to check that we were ok. Left a day early due to power outage. No offer to refund or make any accommodation for these issues.

Stayed Jul 17, 2023The location and beach house were wonderful. We’ve been staying oceanfront on Club Colony Drive for the past 10 years but The view is better at Carolina Can!! The house had all of the necessary appointments and many extras like a working gas grill and beach chairs. The outside areas and parking were exceptional and the elevator made unloading and loading a breeze! The only downside was the bottom level bedroom which had no closet space or clothes bars to hang items on, no bedside lighting as there was no outlet on that wall and the TV had no reception. Otherwise the Carolina Can was a wonderful vacation spot for our family and we hope to return there for many years to come. Thanks for making it so special.
