Carlton Landing Cottage w/ Putting Green & Arcade Game

A much needed getaway for our family of four! Drew was in constant communication prior to our arrival ensuring that everything was up to our expectations.The house is so cozy! Cooking dinner as a family was effortless - every pan/dish was provided - it was like being at home. My crews favorites: the putting green, the arcade games and green space out front. You will not be disappointed!

Very clean house in great condition. It's obvious the owners care for this property. We enjoyed the Christmas tree touch for the winter season. Bed was comfortable. House was well stocked.

The hosts were amazing with excellent communication and prompt responses. Everything was clean and worked well. Perfect home for toddlers and younger with toys, pack-n-play, baby chair, etc. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the location either. In the center of everything requiring a very short walk to pools, swim beach, meeting house, mama tigs. We just could not have asked for more.

Wow!! Our whole family loved our stay at Carlton Landing Cottage. The home is beautiful and clean, and they have provided everything you need for a comfortable stay, including lots of coffee equipment, bikes, putting green and much more. Lots of towels, comfortable beds, and great showers.We brought children and they were delighted. The home is stocked with fun toys, books, and all of the equipment kids need for a stay; everything is there. The location is beautiful--step out your front door onto a huge greenbelt where you can toss a football or start a game of kickball. The entire Carlton Landing area is so walkable, just blocks to the pool, Meeting Place, playgrounds, beach.... We loved this home and Carlton Landing, and hope we can return soon. We highly recommend this home and the wonderful hosts!

We had a fantastic time staying at Independence Stay in Carlton Landing! Everything was perfect for our family of 6 (4 adults and 6 year old and 18 month old boys). The check-in was effortless with the front door code and everything was immaculate and there was plenty of room for all of us. My wife and I stayed downstairs and our son and daughter-in-law and our grandkids stayed upstairs which worked great and the kitchen was just the right size. My grandson and I loved playing the video game arcade and the putting green was a nice touch too. It was also nice to have covered parking out of the sun. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great location, great home!!!

This was a perfect location for a girls trip. Our supper club has been together since 1978, and we felt it was time to get away. This house was perfect and close to everything. However, I do suggest renting a golf cart to make exploring easier.

INDEPENDENCE STAY was the BEST! We’re so grateful for our hosts who provided everything we needed and more when traveling with two toddlers. The backyard was perfect! There were even a couple issues requiring maintenance and they had it solved in MINUTES. We love Carlton Landing but loved this spot extra. It’s the perfect walking distance to the boardwalk or tower pool, the meeting house, and community garden were right around the corner, even walking to Mama Tig’s Pizza wasn’t too far. Can’t wait to come back, we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else!

We had a great time at Carlton Landing and this r property. The house was as described and we had no issues. The location was great and we would definitely return.

The house was perfect for our group! We loved being on the green space where there were pick up games of volleyball, kickball & yard games. The house was clean and comfortable. It was a great location to all of Carlton Landing! We had a small issue with the bike but the owner was so quick to fix and get us back on track. Much appreciated!

This was our family’s 3rd stay in Carlton Landing and it was as magical and relaxing as always! All the houses we’ve stayed at in Carlton Landing have been fantastic, but there were a few extra perks for our family with the Independence House. Its location is perfect for walking everywhere and is facing a big open grassy area where the kiddos had a blast playing football, wiffle ball, and even getting to fly a kite! A huge perk for my coffee obsessed husband was the espresso maker and bean grinder. He brought his favorite beans and was ecstatic every morning to be able to have his perfect cup of coffee! The owners were amazing to work with as well. Very prompt on responding to any questions we had. 10/10 would recommend and we will definitely be back!

The house had everything you need. And if you’re bringing kids, they’ll really enjoy the upstairs play area with games and toys.

Independence Stay is located in the heart of Carlton Landing. During my stay I was afforded fabulous weather and walked the community several times. The house was very clean and had everything I would need. Even extra trash bags! The rockers on the front porch were well used and the upstairs television and sectional made for fun movie nights. Communication was quick and informative. I'd definitely stay here again!

Independence Stay was exactly what we needed for a year end getaway!! Every detail of the home was meticulously prepared for a relaxing and comfortable stay — SUPER comfortable beds, large screen TVs in every room with easy streaming setup for movie marathons, oversized comfy furniture in both living areas, FULLY stocked kitchen for easy meal prep, and GORGEOUS property for long walks and unhurried time on the front and back porches. Though it was the perfect place for just two of us to have a cozy weekend, it would also be perfect for a large family. Communication from the owner was clear and gracious. A wonderful experience in every way!!!

I have been wanting to visit Carlton Landing for years and finally did it. My family of 7 traveled from Dallas easily. 26 Firefly Ln had a pack and play, an owners closet big enough for the pack and play to fit in, games for the kids and almost enough TVs for everyone in my family to have their own! The home was set up in a way that it was not stressful to have 5 kids under 10 years old in it, which is huge for us. It is right off of a big field and they had several balls on the porch so we could sit and relax while the kids played safely in the field burning energy. The beach and all amenities were easy walking distance from the home. We plan to come back in the summer as well. PS the leaves are stunning in the fall!
