Carlsbad Retreat w/ Fire Pit & Fenced Yard!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The property manager was very friendly and helpful. The house had everything we needed and it was beautifully decorated. The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

House was just lovely! The pictures didn't do it justice. It was decorated beautifully. Kitchen had everything you could want to prepare a meal. The recliner couch and the bed were so comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

This home has everything you need and then some. It is absolutely gorgeous and in a great, peaceful location. Jeannie, the property manager, was very responsive and really looked out for us. I highly recommend this home!

Came for my son's wedding. This was a very spacious home, that gave great vibes as soon as you opened the door. My grandson loved the spacious backyard. After all of the festivities over the weekend it was nice to come to a peaceful place that reminds you of home!! Very relaxing, . Carlsbad is a hidden Gem. i'll stay there again when i come visit my son.

Clean, beautiful, updated, incredibly well-appointed with everything you could want/need, wonderful linens, very comfortable beds. Loved it, and we will be back next time we have to head to Carlsbad for work.

Definitely 5/5. Extremely clean. Great location in safe neighborhood. One Hour drive to Guadalupe NP and 40 minutes to Carlsbad Caverns NP. Prompt communication from owner. Would definitely recommend.

This is by far one of the nicest homes I've ever stayed in. Everything about the stay was top notch, it's in a very nice neighborhood, great and quiet part of town. You won't be disappointed if you stay here!! The only complaint is more about VRBO and the way they do their listing, the listing price per night should include the hosting fee, makes it difficult when trying to select a house.

Great location. House has a very nice layout. The backyard was small but serene. The bed was comfortable. Very clean. Furniture comfortable. If another trip to Carlsbad is in our future this is where we will stay!

Family vacation to the Cavern's. The house is beautiful and the backyard is amazing.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the house in Carlsbad with the cozy grassy backyard and deck with ceiling fans. The house is in a quiet newer neighborhood, close to quaint older neighborhoods with large yards and farm animals and an easy drive into town and nearby highway. The house was well lit and comfortable with soft bedding/towels and great pots/pans, dishes, and microwavable containers and very clean but could have used reading lamps in the living room, more personalized and colorful art/decor, and some niceties like napkins/facial tissue, luggage racks, and a cheese grater. The master bath's shower wqs amazing, but we would have appreciated a grab bar for the bathroom. We didn't need heat or a/c during our stay. Dish TV worked great. The laundry center was very appreciated (including basket), as we didn't have to pack as much on our trip. We would have appreciated a chance to recycle, with the housekeeper bringing the recycling into town for guests. We recommend that the owner ceases using the plug-in air freshener in the home as the fragrance is overpowering for those sensitive to scents. The property was a short drive away from Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe National Park in Texas. Overall, we had a fun and relaxing time and recommend this house in Carlsbad to all.

Everything was great!! The property was spotless and as advertised, the location was close enough to town and the drive to the caverns was an easy one. Highly recommend this property if you are staying in Carlsbad, also the garage access was a great plus!

We love coming here, it really is our home away from home. Always clean!! Best Host Ever!!! She works with us all the time when our plans change.

Our family stayed here while visiting Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains National Park—great place to stay! Very clean, nice neighborhood, convenient location, and lots of space to spread out. Highly recommend.
