Tiernaboul Heights is a large spacious detached property situated in a peaceful, tranquil location . Three of our four bedrooms offer mesmerizing views of Killarney’s lakes and mountains.

Our home provides the following-Ground Floor , entrance hall, two living rooms - the first is just off the main hall, an inviting, large, spacious living area, which displays magnificent beams, oil fired central heating and a homely, wood burning stove with Satellite TV.
Our second living room is a cosy room just off the kitchen. It has an open fire and oil fired central heating.
There is a spacious sunroom just off the kitchen where guests can enjoy our idyllic views from sunrise to sunset.

Well equipped kitchen with electric cooker, hob, dishwasher and utility room with washer, dryer and microwave .

Main bathroom is downstairs, it has a heated towel rail, luxurious jetted bath-tub, a shower and toilet.

Bedroom One is on the ground floor. It has a double bed,and a bathroom with a walk-in curbless shower. There are panoramic lake and mountain views from this bedroom which are a pleasure to wake up to.

Bedroom Two is on the ground floor, it has a double bed and is beside the main bathroom.

First floor :
Bedroom 3 : double bed, ensuite bathroom and magnificent lake views.
Bedroom 4 : double bed, ensuite bathroom and lake views.

There is a stairs in the property, care and attention is needed when using the stairs.
Our home is in the countryside so a car is needed for transport. Please note our local town provides excellent taxi services.
