Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Florida spirit have been fantastic looking after us before & during our stay as always, we have used them many times.The home it’s self is a lovely home but work needs doing on it. On arrival a fire alarm battery was beeping & we told the agent , they was straight out to sort it. The banister upstairs was very wobbly & we mentioned this to the maintenance lady.The pool & pool surround needs a really good clean , I think the hurricane may have caused this dirt as the home has house behind but high up which would cause dirt etc in the wind.We went to play a game of pool but the cues had no ends on them but that wasn’t the end of the world. Also the tv was broken . Hardly any baking trays to cook.However this house was very clean inside & we enjoyed our time staying there.

We had a great stay. House was clean and perfect for our needs. Owner was easy to reach

The stay was acceptable. The property definitely needs an upgrade. We had no towels, the grill provided was filthy & mildewed, master bedroom sheets had dirty spots, the blinds & curtains gave you no privacy, the carpeted rooms was filthy, the patio furnishings were disgusting & filthy..

The property was clean needed some touch up repairs but ober all not bad, but not to updated to other houses in the area. Fridge and freezer was great ice maker didnt work properly. Communication with property managemwnt Florida Spirit Vacation was poor. Had to get correct internet name and password from reading sign in house because what i recieved in email the day before arrival was incorrect. Contacted them about the jets in hot tub was not working amd no surprise did not contact me back. Contacted them about my pool heat not working the last 3 days of my stay and didnt contact me back which it was working great when i arrived and paid for 8 days and got 5 days. Wanted either turned back on which i took a picture of pool heater settings which only light lighted up was power not the heat light. So house is nice but if have to communicate with property management hope you get better then i got.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff person that came to the house I give 109% to they were responsive and wonderful. The house itself may not be old but needs some TLC, upon entering the house it smells like mouth balls , carpet is stained,broken blinds stuffed in drawers, not enough seating for the 8 people the house can accommodate. Had one major incident toilet overflowed thru ceiling flooded the downstairs hall. Although quick to respond the repair folks left mud across floors and filthy towels we had to spend our vacation cleaning up. The pool heat although you pay extra really needs the sun to kick in to make it actually feel warm to swim. Hot Tub is wonderful although in neither pool or hot tub there are any hand rails to help a person even teenager to get in and out . Traffic wise not convenient to Disney parks 21 miles took over 90 minutes to succeeded we left several different times between 7-12 noon , Grocery store and small eateries wonderful . We would not go back to this house ....

Your service is always excellent, but this property needs to be refurbished.

The property was close enough to everything. We only used the downstairs so I can't comment on the upstairs. There were quite a few broken things and the cleaning could have been better. The kitchen had everything you would need. I did need to contact the mgt about the lock and they did respond quickly.

Plenty of room for family of 5 with an extra bedroom. Had an issue upon arrival that was promptly dealt with. Would return if in the area. Quiet and secure neighborhood.
