This spacious Old Nags Head style home provides classic charm for you and your family where you can unwind and relax. Enjoy the captivating ocean views and breezes while yousip your morning coffee and watch the sunrise over the Atlantic and end your day relaxing in your own private hot tub. A private beach walkway with a dune top deck leads you directly to the beach and ocean's edge. The great room provides plenty of space to gather to watch TV and to dine together after your favorite meals have been prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. The rec room makes evening or rainy day entertainment fun with a pool table and TV. The den and covered deck located on the top-level is a great spot to read your favorite books while enjoying the oceanfront views. The elevator provides ease of access to all levels. Three private bedroom en suites and two additional bedrooms with a shared bath let you retire in the evening for a restful sleep so you will be ready for more adventures on the Outer Banks.

Jockey's Ridge State Park is the largest sand dune on the East Coast and is the perfect spot to climb and enjoy some amazing sunsets.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
