This traditional craftsman home is centrally located to everything. This house is perfect for large groups of people. This property is for those who want to be together but also for those who prefer a little privacy. The Main House: 1 st floor is the Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, and a shower bath; on the 2nd floor is the King Bedroom, a Queen Room with a sitting area that has two extremely comfortable futon couches and the Main Bath; on the 3rd is a converted loft area, 1 queen bedroom with private door, and in front area of the loft are 2 twin beds. There are beautiful oak winding stairs that lead up to the loft. In the back of the house is the Bungalow which has a sitting area on the first floor with a comfortable futon couch, cable, and an entertainment center with a 60 TV, mini fridge, and electric fireplace; upstairs is a queen bed, another couch futon, and a 1/2 bathroom. Also in the backyard, the Cabin House is a small but super cute. It has a full bed, a mini fridge, and an electric fireplace. The backyard is fenced and perfect for BBQ's and hanging out with family and friends. The front porch is also a great place to sit and visit. The driveway can fit at least 3 cars. Parking passes will be provided for street parking.
