Wonderful stay! The apartment is very nicely decorated and extremely functional! The kitchen has anything you need if cooking is your option. We really appreciated the attention to details such as coffee available for the guests, all sorts of soaps, trash bags, toiletries, lots of hooks, a laundry machine, and windows that actually open.During our stay, nights were very quiet! We had a lovely stay and would totally recommend the place!

This sweet little home was just what we needed for a quick visit. Great location, well stocked kitchen, although we didn't really use it because there were so many good restaurants in the area. The upstairs occupants were at times loud and I wished I had brought my ear-plugs, next time!

Sadly we did not have a restful stay here. Even with earplugs we were woken several times by upstairs neighbors late at night. We were also disappointed in the cleanliness; with the cleaning fee and explicit signage about leaving shoes outside and garbage instructions I would have expected a cleaner place….window sills were filthy, cobwebs on the ceilings and bathroom fans clogged with dust and dirt. We walked to a few nice cafes in the area. Would recommend a supply of Seattles fine coffee and a plain black tea in the house for guests. We would not choose this place again.

My colleague and I had a safe, comfortable, and supported stay in this unit while we were in town for a conference. Our host was very helpful. In case it’s not suggested elsewhere, I would recommend bringing some earplugs or a sound machine for any noise from upstairs neighbors. Our host was helpful in communicating quiet needs with the other renters as well. Highly recommend this location. The walk to downtown was about 35 minutes for us.

Ground floor of house configured as an apartment, nicely done with form and function both taken into account. Enjoyed walks in nice neighborhood to grocery stores (3 different ones) and restaurants (quite a number of which we tried three). Cooked some meals (decent stainless cookware: hurrah!), did not use bus but it runs by there. Nice to be able to launder clothes. Living area quite roomy, bed comfy, good quality linens, thoughtfully appointed. Enjoyed our stay. We walked to and in Volunteer Park (also location of Gardner Museum of Asian Art and Ideas, part of the SAM fam) and took in the Washington Arboretum.

Really great location. Very clean apartment. There was some construction but the landlord kept us updated about the time it took place and it did not impact us.
