Cape San Blas Beach House - Beach Hop - Pet Friendly, Beach, Private Pool

Loved the location of Beach Hop! Very spacious house and lots of room to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, dishes, but definitely bring your paper towels and toilet paper, it's a small starter provided. Overall we didn't feel the house was very clean sadly. Seems the cleaning crew could spend a little more time and attention to that.

Our family has extended family came together at this beach house! The home was easy to find, priced well and very close walk to the beach. House was well stocked and a beautiful home. However we did see several roaches (alive) during our stay, and noticed mold in the air vents and around the bathroom mirrors. The pool was not yet in and they were going to start the construction during our stay which we contacted them about and we’re met with a quick response that they would not start until we departed which was much appreciated. Lastly we did struggle with biting flies… never experienced those before at a beach but read that it was common in the fall for this area. Overall we had a wonderful stay, enjoyed the home and space provided.

Great location! Right next to the pool and only steps from the beach. Easy walk to the trading post. The house was comfortable however could use some love. Lots of chipped paint, scuff marks and rusted bathroom fixtures in the master bath. Bottom floor top bunks were loose and needed to be tightened. Also 2 king size beds were listed and only one was a king. Overall a good stay.

We had a really great time for our annual family trip. The pool was right behind the house, which was very convenient. The beach was a super easy walk! The kitchen was well equipped and all of the beds were pretty comfortable. There was plenty of space, although we did have to eat in shifts. I would suggest maybe adding another table in the open space behind the couch next to the balcony windows just to make more room for eating. It was clean upon arrival. All in all, this place was wonderful and we hope to be back!

3 stars. Minimal beach. Getting pretty crowded in this area but it still beats Destin and other obnoxiously busy areas. House definitely has wear and tear. It is small for 16. No extras. I have stayed in much nicer places and would not book here again.

House was better than shown. Location is fantastic in relation to beach and other activities. Will definitely look to stay here again.

The property is just a few steps to the beach…. Still have a nice beach view & wonderful sunset view! Decorated very nicely…. Several levels of stairs but enjoyed the exercise! Didn’t get to enjoy the pool but it is truly in the backyard! Great rental…. Love the openness of kitchen & living room.. TVs in all BRs

A few steps from the beach, with a pool right next store, this house was great! There are three levels so not for the elderly. The bedrooms are spacious and comfy. Well-stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and seating. Will definitely book again!

Great house, great location. Easy walk to the beach and pool. The flies were a little bad on the beach this time of the year, but the house was great. This is the second year in a row our family stayed at Beach Hop. The grounds could use a little maintenance.
