Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful beach house in a wonderul location! We love being able to walk to Pompano Joe’s or the Whale’s Tail. This house has so much room for everyone, covenient kitchen and laundry all on the street level. The table is large enough for everyone to share a meal or play a game. Everything is beautiful and comfortable, with lots of extra outside tables and chairs, even an outside fridge. We have stayed here 3 or 4 times now and this is easily one of our favorite houses, especially for a larger group.

Instead of so many beds in each room wish you could partition the bedroom with 2 queens and twins into 2 rooms. We don’t have many kids but more adults so privacy retreat at night would be nice. Our coffee pot not working for large pot and freezer icemaker on the fritz. Management brought us a new coffee pot same day and sent worker to attempt to fix ice maker. When he couldn’t he brought us ice. Offered to pay for ice we bought rest of week. Though I didn’t mention it to management, the master bath on main floor had a possible slight sewage odor & toilet flushing caused the sink to gurgle. Leads me to believe there are pipe/sewage issues. I do need to give a shout out that the kitchen was very well stocked. Only thing better would have been a personal chef. Haha! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed and made awesome memories at Cape Monaco for over 15 years and will continue to stay until the house outgrows our family! We love the layout especially the downstairs porch where we spend a lot of time relaxing and playing games. We stay two weeks so bring the necessary items to cook for the 17 people but the kitchen is well appointed. The beds are comfortable-I bring my own pillows but my family said pillows are big and a little hard. The bathrooms are very good. We have always rented through the owners and last May they sold it with Frangista Beach Property managing. They are FANTASTIC! Super responsive on any issues! For example;with the grill was significantly smaller than what we had before and there was no way you could grill meat for the number of people the house accommodates. When we called they immediately brought another grill. We hope next year they will put a large grill in as 2grills take up a lot of space😊. We did a new refrigerator while we were there and the downstairs refrigerator is NEEDED for a large group and was really appreciated. The beach is private with signs so you have a clear path from your house to the beach. You will not regret booking this place and making memories!

Reviewer Comments: After many years of trying to plan a family vacation with 12 of our grown children and grandchildren, we were finallyable to find one week where everyone was available and Cape Monaco had just listed the week of July 4th as available! The home was wonderfully equipped with everything we could have imagined, the balconies, the beach, the views, the sound of the waves crashing ashore every day. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable; the kitchen had every gadget and appliance imaginable.It was a great trip and we made some wonderful family memories.

The accommodations were perfect for our family of 8 adults and 6 kids. Very spacious living area Nd kitchen, so we never felt crowded at all. The house is so comfortable and the best part was being steps away from the beach and water. Couldn't ask for better. We will be rebookingfor next year! Management was so attentive to any and all our needs.
