Stayed Nov 28, 2024Cape Gataway 1 was the perfect place for our family of three during the Thanksgiving holiday. We came into town to see some friends who traveled from out of state and the location was right near their condo making meetups a breeze. I loved the beachy vibe and all the little extras (beach chairs, wagon and even some snacks!). We will definitely stay here again when visiting Cocoa Beach. Teresa is an amazing host and made the entire process so easy. She even sent us a link to the rocket launch site and we were able to see one through the clouds late one night - so cool. I will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family when they are in town as well.

Stayed Jun 23, 2024Thanks to Teresa for providing a great place to stay while we visited Cocoa Beach and the Kennedy Space Center. A few blocks from the beach, and not far from grocery stores and restaurants. The home is clean, with a great kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. Check-in was seamless and easy. Wish we could have stayed longer.
