Cape Coral Home w/ Pool & Boat Dock, 5 Mi to Beach

Beautiful home and great booklet put together about the area! We had a short stay and not in the house much, but all of us said we would love to live in it!!!

We enjoyed our 2 night stay in this lovely home and quiet neighborhood. It was close to restaurants, and some fun activities at the nearby Westin. The property manager was very responsive to any requests we had.

Nice house to welcome us for 2 nights to FL from New England, before heading to Captiva. The home was well equipped and spacious and Sylvia was very responsive to any requests. We were close to stores, restaurants, walking trails and enjoyed the dolphin sunset cruise offered at the Westin Resort. Thank you for a nice stay in a quiet setting.

This was perfect for us - clean, safe and very cute. Only complaint is that a maintenance person came to fix something while we were there and that was never communicated with us before hand .

Pool was cold. Didn’t get to enjoy it as much as I wanted. House was beautiful. The couches are getting crushed down pretty bad. Wish it would had a hand mixer. The nutri bullet didn’t work for some baking I enjoy .

We had a good time in the house. My son enjoyed the canal although the fish weren’t biting. There were ants in the bathroom and I had to kill several of them over the 3 days we stayed. They were probably looking for water. I didn’t see them anywhere else. The pillows could use a refresh in the master. They are completely flat and there were some dead spiders and wads of hair on the floor along the baseboards. At least the pest control spray is working. The other bedrooms and the living area were clean. The open concept was nice. Check in and check out was easy and using streaming services wasn’t an issue. Overall, a good stay.

Very nice house. Just wasn’t any propane for the grill. Other than that we had a great stay. Would definitely stay again.

This house was perfect!! We absolutely loved staying here while visiting Sanibel Island. It was cute, clean, cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed. It truly was a home away from home. Oh and we loved the pool! Highly recommend this property!!

Amazing stay

We found this home to stay while visiting grandkids in Cape Coral.My grandson is an avid fisherman and he spent his waking hours on the boat dock doing his favorite pastime. The pool was a great feature and the screened patio was a bonus. The home was clean and well furnished. Everything as advertised.

Quiet neighborhood, nice accommodations, clean, pool was inviting!

The property has all you need for a wonderful week in the Florida sun and sand. The house is well equipped, clean and modern. The pool area gives a fantastic alternative to beach days. If you have a family this property has all you need.

This is very clean house and stacked with everything you need. Our kids enjoyed swimming in a pool and fishing from the dock while our dog had fun on fully fenced back yard. We got very clear instructions for check in/out so there was no reason to contact anyone. House is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood with fee minutes drive to stores and restaurants. We will definitely consider this house again in a future. Thank you to the hosts for such a nice vacation home!

As an experienced renter I'm always pleased when the host nails the details. Most probably think that guests won't notice, but we do at least. The way the towels are folded/presented. The comfy blankets. The spot-on decor, etc. Lovely place. One note, may want to have VRBO ad make note of the need for the pool heater fee -- very reasonable, but we were unaware of that option and therefore didn't take advantage of it given our short stay. Overall, beautiful. Cheers.

Wonderful place! Exactly as described. The canal was an added plus even saw dolphins!

House was ok enough, but the pool is useless without a heater. A tv on patio would’ve been nice & perhaps some salt & pepper.

House is great, has everything you could possibly need. Very beautiful backyard on canal. We could not use the pool due to cold weather. We were also able to bring our dog. Great location in a great neighborhood.

Our family enjoyed this home in Cape Coral. The home set-up was perfect for our family! The home was immaculate when we arrived and we loved the decor of the home. The outside seating area was perfect to kick-back and unwind. Our 12-year old son loved the canal and dock and fished almost daily. Thanks for a great stay!

This was an amazing house! It’s quite lovely inside and out and was perfectly located just a few minutes from the Westin for our son’s wedding. The house was very clean and modern and had everything we needed for a great stay.
