Stayed Jul 26, 2025Our family had a great vacation. 10/10!! The house and pool area are absolutely amazing. The house has everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. We rented the boat and used it almost everyday. My son fished off the dock and caught a snapper. The location of the house is perfect for boating and close to lots of great restaurants if you’re boating or driving. The check-in was simple and Jay was super responsive.

Stayed Feb 1, 2025This home is situated in an incredible location, with the added bonus of boat rental options! The Cape Coral area truly transformed into a boater's paradise for us. Our family has always had a passion for the water, and exploring the coastline was nothing short of spectacular. The house was the perfect size for accommodating our friends and family during their visits. The owner provided everything we needed, from beach towels to fishing poles. We're already looking forward to our next trip back!

Stayed Jul 19, 2024Amazing house! The location, set up, amenities and view were perfect. Jay was a super responsive host and we enjoyed the boat, fishing, pool, grill and bikes. Located in a quiet neighborhood on a picturesque canal near everything. Would highly recommend for familes.
