Stayed Sep 6, 2025We enjoyed our stay at the house. It’s in a perfect location. Great walking distance to the marina and plenty of restaurants. We love riding our bikes along the beautiful Cape Cod canal.

Stayed May 22, 2024We had a very relaxing stay at this classic Cape home. 1/2 mile to beach, coffee, bakeries, seafood, and in a beautiful quiet town. Loved the Treehouse bar overlooking the water, amazing beers, cocktails (and huge pizza for $20!) Sherri was such an accomodating host and very easy to reach with any questions. The home has all the amenities listed on the site, and a very well stocked and clean functional kitchen. Lots of spaces, for alone time and gathering time too. We had good adult bonding time with our daughters. Will hopefully return again next year! Thank you Sherri and Dave!

Stayed Jul 30, 2023We spent a week at this property in Sandwich. Communication with the owner was excellent and the house was as expected. It was in an ideal location and you were able to walk to a number of restaurants and the marina . It was in a quiet location and whilst near to the train line, this didn’t bother us at all. The kitchen was well stocked (and we even found a kettle). WiFi was good and access to Netflix, prime etc. There was plenty of space for 3 adults. The washing machine and tumble dryer were in the basement and for those with mobility issues worth noting. The house was very warm (but I think we had been very lucky with the weather). The air conditioning units in the rooms where they were available worked well. My only niggle. Whilst on the surface, the house was clean so bedrooms, bathrooms etc were fine. There were some areas such as window frames that perhaps need a clean and a lick of paint and perhaps a bit of maintenance. As a base for exploring Cape Cod it was ideal (highly recommend downloading the audio tour around the cod). Make sure you visit the local ice cream shop. As it was delicious.
