Warm, cozy and comfortable. With ample room for family. Basically, a full working kitchen unlike any I've found in other vacation homes. It's become our second home when we visit our son and daughter in law in Seattle. Craig is a stellar host. I highly, highly recommend!

Location was great. Easily to the airport and Seattle. Home was clean and comfortable. Host was helpful. Having 3 bathrooms a huge plus.

This was a great experience. The owners were so responsive and accommodating. The house was in a great location and spotless. The kitchen was the largest of any VRBO we have stayed in. The backyard patio was nice. After the first trip to downtown Seattle we had GPS take us using the side roads and not Highway 5. We found this to be easier, less congested and only took us about 15 minutes.

I and my family had a wonderful stay at Cape Cod Gem! The place was clean and spacious. Owners kept in touch with us before getting there in case we needed anything and left great information about the city. Lovely house!

Absolutely stunning home, the hosts were wonderful at providing a place, that was thought out well, they had everything that you may need to accommodate a family. The house is in a great neighborhood, definitely family friendly. We were able to walk down to some restaurants and back to the house. Definitely a convenient location for driving to places like Pike’s or a stadium game. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Spent four nights here and it was the perfect home for us. We were visiting family that lived close. Spent time locally and also in downtown Seattle. Would definitely recommend and also hope to revisit on our next trip to Seattle.

The home is big, beautiful, and clean. Very convenient for our Seward Park weekend. We were Mom, Dad, Grandma, and two kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. The home was recently extensively remodeled and has all the modern finishes while still having a traditional vibe.

Met our needs perfectly, excellent host

We had some bobbles in logistics with our trip and the host was super accommodating as we had to flip our trip around due to unexpected family issues. The house is quite large and well appointed. The beds are cozy. It is a great place to stay with extended family. Would stay here again for Seafair.

This house was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and the exact comfy cozy retreat we needed after days out sight seeing. The owners were very responsive. The neighborhood is great, restaurants a short drive or walk away. Lake Washington is right down the road. Highly recommend and hope to return!

Our family, two adults, four older children (15-23), stayed in Craig and Tammy's beautiful home. Everything was very clean and well appointed. We would definitely recommend and rent again.

The most lovely home in Seattle!! It is a gem for sure! We booked with Craig and Tammy months ago when we planned to go to Seattle to see the Blue Jays play the Mariners. 4 adults from 71yrs old to 38yrs old. The first hour we all spent in awe of the beautiful finishes in the home. Plenty of room for us, two large upstairs bedrooms and two bathrooms and a large bedroom on the main floor. Beautifully equipped kitchen, large dining room table and little office area, large living room with two sofas round out the main floor comfort. BBQ and raised dining pergola are nice and sheltered and quiet. The whole place shows how Craig and Tammy have put so much care and thought into making sure their guests feel special, and we did. Craig and Tammy were so wonderful in answering any questions we had and all the special little touches really made us feel at home! Will be back, thank you!

My wife , daughter and I stayed over a weekend in late June 2024. The property was spotless and well planned. The area was safe - we walked to friends and nearby Seward Park. We had a very nice time and recommend this property highly.

My family stayed here while in town for a visit. The age range ran from 13 and 80 years old and honestly it was perfect for everybody. The outdoor space was wonderful for summer dinners outside the living space is very comfortable and very nicely designed and appointed. I highly recommend this place for folks staying in Seattle’s south end and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We loved this rental! The owners have done a great job with this renovated property. We had everything we needed and loved the charm. Parking was easy- and just a five mile drive to the Space Needle, Pike Place Market, and the waterfront. After spending our days in the busy city, it was nice to spend the evenings in the quiet neighborhood.
