Cape Charles home with pool and golf cart 5 minutes from the beach!

Beautiful property inside and out, the house had everything you need for a comfortable, enjoyable stay. The beach was a 5 minute drive away, and the town itself is just adorable.

Nothing special, it was only ok.

The house is a 5 minute car ride to the beach & town. The golf cart that the host offers for an additional fee can NOT be driven legally to town on the road or on the path that he suggests. The neighborhood pool is within walking distance from the house so there is no need to spend extra money on his cart. We encountered a problem with this host and found him to not be very accommodating.

I might as well stayed home

We really enjoyed our time in this house. It was such a treat to stay in a neighborhood with trails, a dock to fish from, and a safe yard for the kids to play in. The kitchen is well stocked here. The bathrooms are really nice and the couch is super comfortable. We are hoping to come back this summer.

The house is very nice. Kids said twin beds were fine. Master and downstairs beds very comfortable. Love that each bedroom has is own bathroom! Small kitchen but efficient enough though no garbage disposal. Overall our family had lots of fun and even times of relaxation

This house was everything and more! The neighborhood is great for bike riding with kids, you can go crabbing and fishing, tennis courts and the pool was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with a lot of cookware and spices and the open floor plan was perfect for our group. The bathrooms were spacious, the beds were comfy and the video game entertained the kids for hours. The house is a short 5 minute drive to the beach and we never had issues finding a parking spot. I would not drive the golf cart to the beach as it’s to far of a ride. The host was easy to communicate with and was very accommodating!

We had a wonderful stay at Sunshine Bay Dream! The house was clean, lovely and very relaxing. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We loved having access to the golf cart (a must for the full Cape Charles experience) and the nostalgic fun of the Ms. Pac-Man table. It was the perfect setting for much-needed R&R. Typically, we stay in town, but this tranquil location was a refreshing change of pace. Highly recommend for a fun and relaxing getaway!

Lovely home, very comfortable stay. Only issue was the downstairs shower, which would not turn on. Also, the dumpster area - where trash has to be taken - does not open until 1pm on Sunday, which presents an issue with a 10am checkout.
