Stayed Feb 25, 2025Adorable duplex with all of the necessary amenities. Felt like home away from home. Clean, spacious and great location a block or two from beautiful beach. Jeff and Ryan were great even allowing for an additional night at end of stay, early checkin and pick up if package delivered after completing stay. Both had excellent communication and prompt responses. Would definitely stay again if available. Even enquired about possible long term rental but unfortunately owners plan on putting it on market and it is more than I can afford

Stayed Mar 1, 2025This property was located in a central location, making it easy to get to all attractions in the Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach and Merritt Island areas. It is nicely updated and stocked with everything for you to be comfortable. We would stay here again.

Stayed Jan 9, 2025Three adults staying two nights before a cruise. Short walk to be on the beach. We saw a rocket launch from cabana real and only 7 min to cruise ship port! Very clean would stay again

Stayed Oct 17, 2024This home is conveniently located to everything. Less than 10 minutes to port and Cocoa Beach. Less than 15 minutes to Kennedy Space Center. Quiet neighborhood just a block off main highway. Lots of restaurants and stores so everything is right at your fingertips. Beautiful clean and spacious duplex.

Stayed Jul 4, 2024The home was in the perfect location. Its close to several restaurants, it close to the rental return, its close to the beach, and close to the cruise port. The house was very nice, clean, and had a washer/dryer, which was a bonus. Jeff, the host was very friendly and got back to us quickly. Highly recommend!

Stayed Jul 5, 2023The house is very spacious, clean, with very well equipted kitchen. The owners provide beach boards and beach chairs, toys to play in the sand and on the beach. Wouldn''t think twice about reserving it again.
