Villa Can Tashellu offers spacious terraces where one can unwind and relax or dine and enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views of the coast, forest and towards the Mediterranean sea / Formentera.

Situated in Cap Martinet, five minutes away from Talamanca beach, two minutes away from Jesus town and 10 minutes from Ibiza marina and the old town, this beautiful property is positioned in the perfect area of Ibiza.

Cap Martinet is one of the most desirable locations on the island. It offers you privacy, sea and country views, yet with the pleasures of Ibiza marina, a 3 minute drive away.

At the end of the property's garden there is forest woodland, which through the forest there is access to a secluded rocky cove (NB not part of the property).

The houses offer 375m2 of living area, and the total plot is 1080m2.

Every day cleaning is included once a week, more available by request.


THE VIEW

The fist aspect to capture your attention when you enter Villa Can Tashellu is the view seen from the garden and terraces. From rich woodland mountains to the blue sea (from upstairs view). The pool and lounge area outside make the most of this view.

HOUSES

The property comprises a main house (3-bedrooms, 2 en-suites and separate bath and w/c) and a 'casita' house also overlooking the pool and terrace (2-bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, kitchenette). The entrance pathway from the driveway leads to the annex entrance and main house entrance (both houses are 1-2m apart).

ENTRANCE & DRIVE

Sturdy stonewalls, gate and fences surround this property giving you complete privacy and a high level of security. This drive is designed to give easy access to the spacious parking area (up to 3 cars) and electric double garage.

SECURITY

The villa benefits from a security alarm, an electric gate and entry phone. Once you arrive and park in the spacious double garage a convenient side entrance is provided is provided to give direct access from the garage to the inside of the main property.

ENTRANCE HALL, LOUNGE & KITCHEN (main property)

The entrance hall opens onto a view of the double-height lounge and dining area from above and is an open plan design. The lounge benefits from beautiful views and opens directly to the pool, terrace and garden.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is a separate room adjacent to the lounge and dining area, but also has a smaller dining table in the kitchen.

GUEST BEDROOMS

The main property has 3 guest bedrooms all with double beds. Two are corner bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and walk-through.

The property also has some games for guests' enjoyment: a ping pong table in the rear patio, a basketball hoop in the driveway and some games for use in the garden.

A word on noise, check-in/out and the environment:
Ibiza is famous for partying and full on music in world famous venues open throughout the night, however the Police take a dim view of private parties generating loud noise.

We hope you enjoy the Villa and your time in Ibiza. However please note that this is a family home when not rented and we appreciate you treating it accordingly.

The villa is in a residential area. Please have respect for the neighbours and ensure loud music does not disturb them, no loud music should be played particularly after 22.00 in the evening and 10.00 in the morning.

There is a maximum occupancy of 10 people as specified in the rental agreement. Please contact us before hosting additional guests. No more than 14 people are allowed to gather on the property without prior consent.We need sufficient time to service the Villa to a high standard so must set a check-out time of 10.00 and a check in time of 16.00 (sometimes earlier check ins and later check outs can be arranged)

The summer puts strain on the electricity and water supplies so please help by switching of the air conditioners when you go out and using water with consideration.

    I celebrated a milestone birthday in Ibiza with some close friends for a long weekend. The host was incredibly communicative and helpful. We didn’t need much help but just a few rando on questions that were answered easily. Although Ibiza is known for going out, we really also enjoyed staying in as the house was so beautiful, well designed, cleaned and had a lovely pool. All of us would totally go back and recommend highly to go anyone going to Ibiza, as it’s also not too far from Old Town.

    Great location set against a stunning backdrop. Perfect for either a group retreat or family getaway! Ample space for 10 guests inside and out, even has the luxury of 2 big fridges which was ideal if wanting to make use of the BBQ. Frustratingly the air con didn’t work in the main house throughout our stay but fans were provided which helped a bit. The villa is very airy so cooled down a bit in the evening. Thanks for an unforgettable trip :D
