    Was a wonderful location and beautiful home. Fireplace didn't work during our stay but the property manager was very accommodating. We received several inches of snow every day we were there and every morning we came out to cleared sidewalk & road. Highly recommend!

    This is the second time we've stayed in this exact unit. It was fine the first time, which is why we went back. It's close to the Cabriolet lift and easy to get to and great for at least 7 people (we were 2 adults and 5 teens). NEVER AGAIN will we even CONSIDER staying here!!!!We stayed 3 nights and had left the property, and all 3 girls that slept in the 2nd floor bunk room developed bug bites all over their legs. Nobody else in the property had this issue, and thus we attribute it to bed bugs. (INSERT VOMIT NOISE HERE). The girls thought it was dry skin but despite moisturizer, the bites stuck around for a week.We reached out to the owner, and even sent photos of the girls legs, but no response. NO apology, NO refund of any of our costs, NOTHING. BUYER BEWARE WHEN RENTING HERE!!!!

    Our goal was to enjoy a nice family Holiday vacation. Watch holiday movies together in front of a warm and cozy fireplace and get a good night sleep. Unfortunately we had issues that were poorly managed by the manager, JAUNT Vacation Rentals. The primary issues were limited heat on the entire first floor, the fire place did not work and if you wanted to keep the first floor at a reasonable temperature then the heat would need to be on continuously which made the 2 upstairs bedrooms incredibly hot despite the cold downstairs. The temperature on the first floor on night 1 never exceeded 62 degrees. We had to leave the hairdryer on in the first floor bedroom to try and generate some heat while the family upstairs could not sleep bc the heat on the 2nd floor was unbearable. The fire place was never fixed and the heat continued to be a challenge although it was fixed and better by the 2nd night. Upstairs bedrooms continued to be a problem. Property manager did maintain communication but the issues were never resolved. I

    I stayed in the condo with my family of 6. The condo was clean, modern, and well maintained. Best of all it was in walking distance to the Cabriolet lift. Location in the Canyons was terrific.
