Come home to this newly constructed (2022), mountain contemporary Canyons Ridgeline town-home!

This spacious brand new construction home, spread over 3000 square foot, was furnished by a local interior design firm and features 5 Bedrooms / 5 Bathrooms with plenty of room for family and friends.

**Please note - Canyons Ridge is a new development and there is still some construction going on in the area during day time hours - there may be workers, vehicles, etc on the street.**

The Space:
Start your day with breakfast in the gourmet kitchen with all new Thermador appliances. Take the short walk (2-3 mins to Sunrise Lift, or a couple mins more to the Red Pine Gondola) and enjoy a day on the slopes and trails of Park City Mountain.

When the day is done, ski back right to your home via the ski-in trail (PLEASE NOTE - snow and mountain conditions permitting) and relax in the hot tub while you watch the sunset over the mountains. You can then settle in front of the fireplace for a movie night, or get ready and head out for a night at any of the Canyons Village restaurants, or Main Street in downtown Park City (a 10 minute Uber). After a restful night of sleep, wake up and do it all over again!

The Sunrise Lift is the nearest lift at Canyons Village, a 3 minute walk, or take the free Canyons Village shuttle service - use the app to order it right to your door!

The Village is also home to great gear shops, delicious restaurants, and awesome events all year round.

You’re just minutes from Old Town Park City and Deer Valley for even more skiing and snowboarding options. All the ski resorts offer summer activities like hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding.

Don’t miss strolling down Main Street in Park City, stopping for a coffee at a cute café or browsing the art collections at the local galleries.

Getting Around:
It's very easy to get around via the free shuttle service in the Canyons Village (winter only), and Park City and Summit County offer a free bus transit service to easily get you to the rest of town. There are also plenty of Ubers and Lyfts.

If you have car(s), there's a 2 car garage as well as driveway space for 2 more cars.

Other Things to Note:
Covid Cancellation - In addition to the cancellation policy listed on the site, we’ve added the following to help give you options in the case of any closures.

1) If the ski resorts close due to Covid related issues, we will offer your choice of a full refund or credit towards a future stay. This will be pro-rated in the event that a closure happens during your stay.

2) If the resort you are mainly skiing at (Park City Mountain Resort or Deer Valley) is operating, it will be the normal cancellation policy (see your itinerary for details).

If you need to cancel for any other reason prior to your stay, we can't guarantee any refund, but we will try to re-rent the property and will refund anything we are able to recover by re-renting.

It may make sense to purchase Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance, let us know if you’d like any recommendations on that after booking.

    My family and I spent a delightful spring break holiday at this gorgeous property March 2025. The house is professionally decorated with all high end appliances and all the conveniences of home. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were luxurious. The kitchen is very well equipped with almost all the conveniences of your home. The property manager was most responsive and attentive to all our requests and the on.demand shuttle makes it super convenient to get around. We highly recommend this property for any family gatherings at all times of the year. To be a little bit picky, the only thing I would ask for is a small garbage cans in all the bedrooms instead of only on the bathroom. Thank you to the property managers for making our stay a carefree one.

    The house itself was big and luxurious. The kitchen was well stocked. Linens were all comfortable (and tons of towels). Loved the heated boot rack in the mud room. Quick walk to the lift, ski right to the back door.

    You can't beat the location of this rental. It is a short 5 minute walk through the parking lot to the Canyons Village gondola. Everything is new and very clean. Hot tub on the deck was a great touch. I was sent a ton of information about the rental and Park City/discounts available, which was great. A few critiques: 1) Being there is a hot tub, it would be helpful to have some additional towels available so guests don't need to use the bath towels when getting out the hot tub. Perhaps a few extra sets of sheets and blankets as well. 2) While I didn't measure it, the bed on the main floor did not seem like a queen and was a bit tight if sharing. 3) The heat was a bit finicky and at times wouldn't go above 70 which wasn't ideal. 4) Being this is a home for 12 people, we could have used some bigger pots and pans to cook for the group (we actually bought a large pot and left it there for future use). Despite my few critiques, I was very impressed since this is a new rental. Would definitely recommend!

    Everything was absolutely amazing. This is a first class house with all amenities. It’s located super close the the base of the mountain and ski lifts. This property is highly recommended.
