Canyon Views from Every Room! 3-Acre Lot 4-BR, 3-BA

My family truly enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were spotless, and the kitchen was very well equipped — we were able to prepare all our meals with ease. The peaceful surroundings made it a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. What impressed me most was the excellent communication with the owner. Sue responded promptly to every question and even checked in on us while she was on vacation herself. We appreciated her attentiveness and hospitality.

We could not have asked for a better home for our eight party vacation with grandchildren. Lots of room for kids and privacy for the parents and grandparents and outstanding views of Vermillion Cliffs. We enjoyed our interaction with our very helpful and understanding hosts. We will recommend this home highly to those who are planning visits from Louisiana to southern Utah to see Zion, Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks and more.

We cannot say enough good things about the property and the host. Excellent communication beyond the requirement. Sue made lots of restaurant and activity recommendations in addition to answering the typical host/guest inquiries. The house was gorgeous!!! Lots of spaces to enjoy catching up with friends. The views were stunning!!!! Check out process was easy and straight forward.

Our family of 8 had a great stay. The home is lovely and well equipped. There is much to see on the property including wildlife. It’s super convenient to Kanab.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The hostess was prompt with any responses and communication. The property met our needs perfectly, and it’s very centrally located to multiple parks, which was convenient! We spent our evening in the living room as a family, and it felt like home.

Excellent location for doing all of the activities on our wish list. We canyoneered for the first time with Nathan at All Ways Adventure which was amazing! We hiked in Zion and also the sand caves and the Animal Sanctuary. The house was perfect for our family of 6 with two teenagers and two adult couples. It had everything we needed with a grocery store near by for our Thanksgiving dinner. We were also able to do a short hike walking down the road to a small hiking spot that shot up the mountain. The owners of the property were quick with any questions we had, guided us on things to do, where to pick up things needed and a binder full of ideas of the area. I highly recommend this house for a family of all ages, because there is a play room stocked full of toys, an area where the kids can watch their shows to wind down, and the adults can talk and relax. The beds vary from soft to hard, just pick the bed that fits your needs. If I could give this house 10 starts I would. We hope to return in the future.

It’s our third year staying at this lovely location. Plenty of room to park our trucks and side-by-side trailers. The home is beautiful, clean, and well stocked.

We couldn't have had a better stay. The home was perfect for our group of 4 couples. It was fully stocked with everything you could need. Communication with owner was good throughout. Hanging out on the back deck in the evenings was a bonus with beautiful views. One of the best VRBO properties we have stay at. I highly recommend this property.

We loved our stay in Kanab! The house was great, lots of space to gather for meals and games, also plenty of room to relax quietly. 5 adults shared this home and we all thought it was a wonderful find. We did day trips to Zion, Bryce Canyon, and Grand Staircase Escalante. Lots to see and do, and the perfect end to the days adventure was relaxing on the beautiful back deck.

We loved this home, plenty of room for our family of 6 to spread out and relax when not enjoying the great outdoors. The bonus kids play area was a big hit too. Close to everything Kanab and the area has to offer. Quiet neighborhood.

This was an amazing place to call home for a week while visiting many of the sites in Kanab, Utah, and within a 2 hour drive of Kanab. The house is lovely, spacious, well-maintained, and clean. We enjoyed spending down time on the covered deck at the end of a busy day. The views are beautiful. (One of my personal favorite parts of the house is the upstairs jetted bathtub.) The owner was a joy to work with - she quickly responded to questions and provided clear instructions for the house and check out. I highly recommend this home for others considering a stay in Kanab.
