There is lots of space to spread out and the location is close to everything. We were in town for our daughters wedding and the kitchen had ample space for us to decorate cakes and make other desserts. We really enjoyed the back patio and hot tub!

Overall, it was a fantastic getaway! Check-in and check-out was very easy. Host was very attentive to requests. House was clean and included much more than we expected. Yard was great - large, fully fenced, and nice grass! There were plenty of supplies throughout the home - towels, cooking supplies, coffee options, cleaning supplies, bathroom supplies, blankets, pillows, etc. Although we didn't have any children with us, there was a nice play area stocked with kids toys along with a high chair and bikes for all. This house meets needs for all ages (and the fur babies too). There was a gate in the closet that we were able to use to keep our pups from going downstairs. A few extremely small glitches: a couple of the pans were not usable due to damage, and the toaster didn't work. The host said those would be replaced. We highly recommend this house and the host!!

Wonderfully spacious and clean home, perfect for a large family gathering. Large, well-stocked kitchen was perfect for meal prep. Multiple bedrooms offered plenty of sleeping options for all ages. The basement family room included a large seating area with TV plus pingpong table and kids' toys. The backyard provided room for yard games, and outdoor table seating plus a gas grill provided the opportunity for cookouts and plenty of hangouts. Situated only a couple of blocks off the main street allowed for easy access to nearby stores and an easy drive to Estes Park.

The size of the house was great for the size of our family. The only problem that we encountered was the temperature of the basement. It would be freezing, while the top part of the house would be the perfect temperature. Thankfully there were enough blankets to go around. The neighborhood felt safe and the yard had decent privacy. The kitchen was well stocked and we made good use of the garage space.

This was a great bang for your buck with a family as opposed to a hotel. The house was super clean, with nice added touches like coffee and the hot tub was a great bonus in the snow !

The property was easy to locate and had ample driveway parking and even some garage space that could be utilized. The property was very spacious for our small group and allows a lot of separation for larger groups between the upper floor and the basement recreation area and additional bedrooms in the basement. Easy to deal with as far as booking and the overall stay process. Property included numerous additional items in the kitchen area such as a variety of coffees. Kitchen area was well stocked with numerous utensils for about anything you would want to cook. Overall, recommend this property.

Our 5 family members enjoyed our stay immensely. With 3 family members aged 80 -92 the two bedrooms on the main level were spacious and gave them easy access without having to do any stairs. The downstairs bedroom was comfortable also. Wonderful kitchen and dining areas and a well stocked kitchen as well. We will definitely stay here again. Very convenient location to visit our family in Fort Collins.

This property is wonderful! Everything was better than described. Very clean. Most well stocked VRBO we have rented. Nothing was lacking. Enough basic kitchen and bathroom supplies to last a group of 10 for a full week. Plenty of room for all (ages 6 - 80) to enjoy their own spaces and activities. Communication with management team was exceptional. Easy checkin and checkout.

This home was wonderful for our group— me, husband (40-somethings), our 12 year old son, my sister (40-something) and 14 year old niece. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor space. The ping pong and foosball in the basement encouraged a week-long evening competition between the two moody teenagers. There was plenty of space in this home for us to spread out, or all come together to hang out and watch movies or play games. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with everything we could need for cooking meals at home after day trips to Rocky Mountain National Park, Cheyenne, WY, Colorado Springs, etc. This place even has a usable garage, which we didn’t think we’d use until it started hailing one night. It was so nice to move the rental car inside and not risk hail damage. Overall, I’d 100% recommend this place to anyone! If we’re ever back in the area, we’ll definitely stay here again.
