Stayed Sep 17, 2024Our stay at the Submarine apartment was absolutely wonderful. We decided to take the Metro from the airport, and although the taxi we took upon arrival at the Acropoli station seemed clueless as to the address, we managed to get there with all of our luggage. Our host, Alexandros, was beyond helpful and answered my messages immediately. The apartment was spotless and the location was perfect for exploring; we were within walking distance of the Acropolis, and managed to walk to Syntagma Square, too. It was a relatively quiet street despite being in a busy location. Many restaurants and small shops nearby. We felt safe and secure in the neighborhood. Helped us get used to climbing up and down stairs and hills. I highly recommend this apartment for a party of two. We loved it, and we cannot express enough thanks to Alexandros for all of his assistance in getting us to Pireaus Port on time, Our time in Athens was truly a highlight of our trip.
