This brand new townhome is on the main floor (no stairs climbing), featuring 2-bedrooms with 2 queen-size beds, 1 double size leather sofa-bed, suitable for a family with up to 5 family members. This place provides WiFi , K-cup coffee machine, central air conditioner, a work station.
Located 700 meters away from downtown where the best restaurants and other amenities locate in Canmore. To places out of Canmore: 24-mins drive to Banff downtown; 56 mins drive to Lake Louise.

My place is central located, self check-in , easy to access (via highway #1 and/or 1A), a townhouse style 2-bedroom /1-bathroom suite located on the main level, so no needs to climb stairs.

The places /trails you can visit at/around canmore include: the famous Grassi lake, Quarry lake, Ha-Ling peak, Grotto canyon, Three sisters peak, Spray lakes, Chester lake, Barrier lake.

There are also Upper and lower Kananaskis lakes worthy your visiting, especially the Rawson lake trail located on the way to Upper Kananaskis lake is an astonishing place!
If you have more time , please drive south on #40 and you will see splendid views and wild animals along the highway.

Driving west from Canmore, you will enter the Banff national park within 10 mins. Following highway #1, you will find Banff town: to the north is the famous Two Jack lake and Lake Minnewanka; to the south is Banff downtown, Sulphur mountain Gondola, and Upper Hot springs. It is highly recommended to hike to the peak of Sulphur mountain, there is boardwalk trails at the peak. You can also take Gondola to reach the peak. After the hiking, you can relax yourself in Upper Hot Springs.
Driving past Banff, you can visit Johnson Canyon follow the 1A (Bow valley trail).
Continue driving for about 30 minutes will bring you to the most famous two lakes in Canada: Lake Louise and Marine lake!

    Great location & very central, pool is an added bonus. Would note that all the windows of the property face towards the main driveway, so there is no privacy. Suite is fairly well equipped but could use pool towels, new (non rusting) shower curtain hooks & a new shower curtain, etc. We stayed as a family & it is teeny tiny, but sufficient.

    The property itself was nice but the host had pretty bad communication — the lockbox battery must have been low so it took 10 minutes to get in the first time. Let the host know and they didn’t seem too concerned. It happened again and then all they offered was to unlock it remotely? Are we supposed to message the host every time we want to get in/out? Overall they just didn’t seem too concerned with the issue which was very frustrating. The blinds also don’t cover the entire window and the unit is on the ground floor, so people can peer into the unit. Bathroom fan also didn’t work.

    No details for parking stall were given before we got there so we weren’t sure which stall to park in upon arrival so chose a random one. We did read the check in procedure/rules posted by the entry way after accessing the unit and missed the line about which assigned parking stall to use until we received a warning notice that we were in the wrong stall and could be towed. Would have been nice to have that info relayed before we actually got to the unit.

    Smaller, clean and very functional. Host was very easy to communicate with. Not in the heart of Canmore, but walking distance to amenities.

    Clean, comfortable, and well-equipped condo in a perfect location. Beautiful views, close to downtown and trails. One minor suggestion - opportunity to improve on main door keypad lock to make it smooth operation. Would definitely stay again!

    The location of the apartment is just perfect. It is a good base to walk to the town centre, to explore banff NP or to visit Calgary. We did not miss anything in the apartment. Unfortunately it is a big challenge to unlock the door for the first time. We arrived late with 3 tired kids and have been struggeling a lot. The owner did not react for about 1 hour. The lock looked like that other guests might have had problems to open the door before, too.

    We stayed in this unit for 4 days. We were frustrated with several things in this condo with absolutely no help from the owners. 1) We had no working A/C the whole time we were there. We contacted the owners several times on this matter with little/no help. Finally, on the fourth day (check-out) the owners wanted us up and ready to let someone in at 8:30 am to look at the unit. Since we all had international flights and check out was at 11am we requested that the repair person come after we were gone. 2) We had no Netflix as advertised. Again, we sent messages to the owners with no care or attention. We asked for the sign-in information. Finally, after 48 hours someone came into the unit using the code, without knocking while we were all sitting around in our PJ's. A knock would have been proper. 3) Advertised a pool, but no pool towels were provided. We either could take our bath towels or not enjoy the pool. 4) Requested that we not use the white towels to wash our faces of makeup (which is understandable) but no dark washcloths were provided so we all had to use toilet paper to dry our faces. This was a small thing, but all in all we felt like as soon as they had our money for the rental our comfort was not important. We were all very frustrated with our stay in this property.

    The place is just perfect and location is incredible! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean and excellent. The host is very attentive to our needs and communicates timely to make our long-weekend comfortable and memorable. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

    This was a BEAUTIFUL place. Clean, quiet, modern. It exceeded our expectations. Our hosts were easy to contact and they had no problem accommodating our needs. Definitely a GEM worth every penny and we will be returning for another stay.
