Stayed Oct 14, 2025We had an incredible stay at this Canandaigua Lakefront property! The location is absolutely perfect — right on the water with beautiful views and close to the boat launch, restaurants, and local spots. It made for an ideal setting for our company team-building retreat.The home itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped for a group. Everyone had plenty of room to relax and enjoy both the indoor and outdoor spaces. The dock was a huge plus and gave us easy access to the lake for boating and morning coffee by the water.The host was extremely accommodating and responsive throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable experience.Highly recommend this property for both personal getaways and group gatherings — we’ll definitely be back!

Stayed Sep 19, 2025Exactly what I had hoped for. Extremely clean. Great location (just North of the Southern boat launch). Host communicated better than any I've interacted with in the past. This was a great LAKE house, which is completely different than the BEACH houses I/we normally rent. The vibe is completely different. If you frequent the Finger Lakes area, this place will feel familiar and will bring a smile to your face.

Stayed Jul 27, 2025Beautiful lake home! The screen porch is awesome! The house location on the south side of lake is quiet, not much boat traffic. The outside premises were neat and clean. The kayaks provided was a plus. Kitchen is provided with everything you need to cook. The towels and linens supplied are really nice. Bring your own beach towels. It truly is a house to relax and enjoy the beautiful venue.

Stayed Jul 20, 2025The house met our expectations and provided a great location for us to staycation! We really enjoyed the screened porch for coffee in the morning and enjoying the shade during the day. The dock is big and was fun for the kids to fish off. The water has shallow spots to walk in or is deep enough to jump off the dock. We enjoyed working on puzzles in the dining room. Thanks for a great stay!

Stayed Jul 24, 2025This cottage was in an ideal spot on Canandaigua Lake. We really enjoyed the proximity to the water, dock, kayaks, and beautiful back deck. The downsides were low water pressure, access to TV apps, and busy road. It was a nice place to stay overall.

Stayed Jul 18, 2025Even though route 21 is right outside the front door, the backyard is Lake Canandaigua with plenty of room and even boat slip. The screened in porch allows for bug free relaxation with family and friends. We would definitely love to come back.

Stayed Jun 19, 2025This was the perfect location for our weekend. Getaway was able to put the boat right at the dock for early morning boat rides. The place was spotless on the inside. The screened in porch was nice to stay away from the bugs. Will definitely be staying here again.
