Stayed Dec 31, 1969The Good: The property location is a nice quiet neighborhood located near the Gulf and many fine restaurants. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean. The bad: The living room furniture looks good until you sit down (and I mean down)! The furniture needs to be replaced. The electrical service has issues and should be checked by a qualified electrician. Kitchen cabinets are peeling. We have a hot tub at home but would not get in this one. Oh, and the lounge chairs are small, low beach chairs. If you have arthritis, you won't be using them. The AC compressor sits right outside the bedrooms, so you'll hear it all night when it turns on.

Stayed Aug 19, 2022Rented for a 2 day staycation. Enjoyed the home very much. Well equipped, well furnished and the master bedrooms bed was very comfortable.

Stayed Apr 30, 2022Great house. Checking in was super easy. Everything as described in listing. The sofa bed was not comfortable at all. Please co aided replacing it with a regular bed.

Stayed Feb 14, 2022Great for 4 -6 people. Very clean. Would be great if the day room could be an extra bedroom. Pull out couches not as comfortable. The manager was very accommodating to our needs. Close to beaches.

Stayed Nov 12, 2021Great house. Great price. The hot-tub was the delight of our very short stay from 11/12-16/2021. We were visiting for a wedding and house hunting. All went very well. The place was very clean. Pots/pans, glasses, utensils and dishes were all very nice and mostly clean. (I am an extreme clean freak when it comes to dishes, so I found a knife and a spoon not perfectly clean). Bedrooms were comfortable and so were the showers. The only complaint, which I made to the owner, was our last night there, we were harassed by a mouse who made its way to the top of the master suite sink and tried twice to steal my wife’s toothbrush attachment! Did not get much sleep that night. I think I got it with wasp freeze, maybe it’ll die somewhere or at least never come back. Official complaint was made with the management this morning prior to writing this review. Send in the “Exterminator “! And all will be perfect for the next clients. P.S. Breakfast at the Tin Can was great! Because of their customer service! Try them out.

Stayed Jun 2, 2021When we have arrived at the property we had a hard time getting into the house, the four digit code was not working. We tried to contact the owner but it took some time for us to reach them. On our first night we stayed home and made dinner, we opened up the utensils drawer and there was a huge cockroach. During the night we started hearing scratching sounds, came to the kitchen and saw a little mouse. The cockroach was still hanging out with us till the last day.
