Stayed Jun 3, 2025Pool filter was not working. There were dirty dish towels in the draw beside the sink. There were dirty dishes in the cabinet. The pictures of the pool area must be old. There are cameras in the pool area and the front of the house, not sure what they are watching. Told the property manager about the issues, he said his girl would take care of it. Never heard from anybody.

Stayed Jun 12, 2024We definitely would like to come back but the smoking not allowed at the pool was a issue for some of the crew and I did tell him about the pool filter that wasn't working but we loved the house, the area. The pool and just were very comfortable. Thank you again for opening your home to us.

Stayed May 20, 2024Loved the house. We had a special request on a needed item before we arrived and it was there when we arrived. Beautiful home and setting. Wife and I found the master bed very comfortable. Quite, Very nice neighborhood. Would definitely like to return with the family. Awesome time. Thanks!

Stayed Apr 15, 2024After spending a few busy days in Marco Island we checked into this Cape Coral home for relaxation, and it was perfect! We spent most of our time on the beautiful lanai. Saw manatees in the canal and enjoyed the pool. The house was huge for 3 of us, and would love to come back with a bigger group. It had everything we needed and even things we’d normally pickup at the store for a short stay, coffee filters, spices, paper towels, etc. It was a very quiet area, but close to beaches. Had an easy experience communicating with the owners.Thank you Mike and Melanie for sharing your home.

Stayed May 6, 2024The look and experience from the inside and out is priceless. Hanging out in the pool became a go to for me and my husband. Having things such kitchen utilities, pans, dishes, salt, pepper was so useful. The washer and dryer helped to be able to wash towels and clothes when needed. It was our home away from home. This was out 1st Vrbo and what a great experience. Look no futher for a place to stay on Cape Coral. This property will not disappoint. Thank you!!

Stayed Apr 8, 2024Had a great stay at this property with our little family. Great place to hang out, great park nearby for our little one and beaches weren’t too far away for a day trip! The amenities provided at the property were just what we needed; however, a few more tide/dish pods would’ve been nice so we could keep up with the cleanliness of the things we used throughout the week. I would definitely stay there again if we were to visit this area in the future.
