    This property has been recently renovated and a lot of the furniture is new. The beds were very good. When we arrived the place was very clean. There were kayaks with life preservers, bicycles and four beach chairs for tenants’ use.We had trouble with the microwave and could never get the dining room light or the porch light to work. The day we left it became obvious that the microwave problem was the door latch. Never did figure out the dining room light or the porch light. The property needed lamps in the living room and dining room areas.
