Canal-side gem with screened pool, boat dock & Gulf access - near dining

We had a great stay. Way better and cheaper than staying in a hotel. The house had lots of space,it was clean and had everything to make out visit comfortable. We really enjoyed having our own pool and tiki hut right on the canal. The neighborhood is quite and safe. The sunset's right in the back yard were kind of like therapy. We watched, chilled and recharged. Great value for 4 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, private pool, build in therapy and peace and quiet. We are ready to go back.

We relaxed & enjoyed the beautiful sunsets while enjoying a cocktail from the tiki on the canal dock and/or pool lanai every night. The quiet neighborhood where the house is located was great, we felt very safe. The house was clean & had everything we needed. Great place to spend some quality time with family or friends to relax, unwind and escape the stresses of everyday life. Can’t beat the price for all the private space, peace & quiet & your very own pool in a screened in lanai that displays awesome Florida sunsets. Plenty of stores & restaurants within a short drive. We enjoyed a day trip to Sanibel Island. Will definitely return to this piece of paradise in the future.

The house was clean & ready for us upon arrival.  Check-in was a breeze.  It is located in a quiet neighborhood yet close to a variety of restaurants and stores.  Just a short drive to beaches. The house had everything we needed and then some.  The kitchen was well equipped with a coffee maker, air fryer, blender, griddle, plenty of dishes glass and plastic (for the pool area), cookware, silverware, etc.  Plus beach towels, plenty of bath towels and linens.  It was also helpful having access to a washer & dryer. It was great having our own pool inside a screened lanai.  Loved sitting at the tiki on the dock watching boats go by.  The sunsets right in the backyard were superb!  WiFi worked great!  We grilled every night and enjoyed a peaceful dinner on the lanai.  Better bang for your buck than staying in a hotel.  We really enjoyed our own little piece of paradise!  I would highly recommend this rental.

When we got there, no water throughout the entire house. Counters were filthy, gritty, and a dead cockroach on the kitchen floor. Uninhabitable, we had to leave with no water, we were there for one and a half hours, locked the door & advised we were leaving

While this house was in a good location and quiet neighborhood, it did not meet expectations. We have 25 years of experience staying in vacation homes in Cape Coral. This house was just OK. After being there a day, we decided to call the property manage. The solar heater in the pool wasn`t on. One lounge chair was ripped and unusable. Vertical blinds in several house windows were missing slats. The kitchen, while equipped, looked like furnishings came from estate sales. The garage entrance was not usable. We had to bring groceries and luggage all through the front door. Overall, the house needed lots of TLC. We felt we overpaid for this property. Taxes and fees were over 26% of our total bill. Not worth it. We will not rent from Turnkey again. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

I will never rent a place managed by Turnkey Vacations again. First we arrive and the code to open the door would not work. They had to call the local person to come unlock it 1 1/2 hours later. Called them back and a very snotty young lady told me it was because I still owed $29.41 and she would not give me the code until I paid. They refunded that $29.41 because I didn`t owe it. The next day the code for the door didn`t work again and we waited another hour for someone to show up. The pool heater was not turn own although I was told the `solar` was working, finally after at least ten days a guy shows up to fix it.
