Stayed Aug 17, 2025We had the best stay at this property! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed! The location was perfect as we could walk to the beach in under 10 min and the market was right around the corner as well! Right in the middle of all the shops and restaurants, but also quiet at night. Steven was so responsive and even got my daughters apple watch back to me that was left behind! We will be staying here again for sure!

Stayed Jun 17, 2023We stayed at the property this past week with another family and our children ages 6-9. Steven was a very accommodating and gracious host in allowing us to check-in early. The house was stocked with everything you could need for the beach - beach chairs, rolling cart, tent, sand toys, etc. which was very convenient. We loved the pool and spa which backed up to the canal. The location was wonderful as we had just a very short walk to the beach and shops/restaurants in Siesta Key Village. A neighbor even told us about Venice Beach which was just a short drive to look for shark teeth. The kids loved it. What a great week!

Stayed Apr 10, 2020The property is walking distance to the village and beach. House is like new and has all the amities you need. Pool and heated spa are wonderful. Located right on the canal you can boat or kayak. Outdoor furniture is comfortable, parking is plentiful. Washer and dryer were a nice bonus. Highly recommend this property.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Very clean house, steps to Siesta key village and the beach. We did not have any problem with the house but Steven was very responsive at check-in and check-out and always asking if everything was fine during our stay
