The semi-open layout makes it easy for the whole family to spend time together—whether you're sharing meals, watching TV in the cozy living room, or planning the next day’s adventure.

After a full day of fun, retreat to any of the three peaceful bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed with rest and comfort in mind. The home also includes central air conditioning to keep you cool, free WiFi and a dedicated workspace for remote work or trip planning, a washer and dryer to keep everything fresh, and a grill for easy cookouts under the stars.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    The host was very welcoming and we enjoyed the house. The House was clean and looked good. Only a couple of suggestions.......the bedroom with the futon in it was misleading in the listing and the pictures. It seemed as though there would be a regular queen sized bed in there but there was an old futon that looked uncomfortable. We did not end up using that room at all. Only other suggestion is that the kitchen was not as well stocked with supplies as we have experienced in the past. Could use some more cookware and bowls, etc. Very nice lanai!

    Overall, it was a nice home. The kitchen lacked dishes, pots and pans. I actually went to Goodwill and bought some salad, bowls, and other dishes and left them there for future renters. The home was very clean upon our arrival. If you want to keep a home, clean the owners should really provide cleaning products. Our experience has always been that cleaning products are provided. Originally, we had rented another home, Vacasa contacted us to let us know the home was no longer available and provided us with this home. We did read in the amenities that the pool was NOT heated. Certainly a mistake on our part as we had to quickly make a decision. Hint for the owners: as much money as this rental cost the pool should’ve been heated. Northerners coming down staying for six weeks want to swim! When in doubt charge a little more to have a heated pool! There are three sliding doors on the backside of the house. The master bedroom had draperies, but the other two sliders had no window treatments. We felt a little exposed every night! The fan in the guest bathroom was not working, and some of the faucets need replacing as they were loose and coming right off of the sinks. My feeling is this house was probably flipped and ready to be rented. It could use some TLC. One other thing… There was a camera situated in the garage facing the washer dryer. I’m not even sure that is legal?? I felt as though it was quite an invasion of my privacy as I laundered our clothes. Good location in PG. the canal view is a bit deceiving as the home sits on the end of the canal where the stormwater runs off the street. Unfortunately, the canal was extremely dirty with runoff, and the mangrove bushes were not cut back by the neighbors. Hopefully, Vacasa and the owners will address these issues for the next renters!

    Magnolia Way Retreat is literally your vacation paradise. From the gorgeous decor to the amazing pool. You need for nothing when you stay in this home. Bring your bathing suit and you are good to go! I would recommend this home to anyone and everyone. We loved our stay and can't stress how amazing this home was.
