The home is beautifully decorated with lots of room for everyone to have their own space. Pool is a great bonus to not have to always go to the Cabana Club. Manatees, Nurse sharks and lots of fish right in the canal to be marveled at. The beds and couches are comfortable, kitchen is large to cook in . Overall a very wonderful stay.

We had a party of 16, so we rented both units, and it had plenty of room for all of us. Our unit was very clean upon arrival. I have stayed in MANY rentals on KCB over the past 20 years and this was one of my favorites. The dock space is well maintained & the owner was very responsive to our needs. If I had to offer any downfalls they would be: it could use some more kitchen options, such as coffee mugs; not being able to park the boat trailer on the property was a slight inconvenience; and the pool pump wasn't turned on until the very last day when the pool guy came to service it. We wondered why it was so cold, but it wasn't enough to message the owner about. Otherwise, this is a nice house!

We enjoyed being right on the water with a private pool! House was as listed and the beds were comfy!

We have stayed here before and that should speak volumes. Great location, great spacious property with a relaxing backyard on the canal with pool. We rented both units and had a great relaxing time

House is beautiful and the location is great. The homeowner group was very responsive to our questions. The house was clean and spacious. The only items that we wished we had were dressers in a few of the bedrooms to store clothing. The closets have beautiful organizers but there were no hangers so we ended up buying some. No big deal though. We would definitely be interested in staying at this house again.

My family and I (2 adults, 3 kids ages 6-9) spent a week in Marathon for spring break. The weather was absolutely ideal and we had a great stay! This house was larger than we really needed but made for a good home base. The kitchen was pretty well stocked on appliances. I am accustomed to rental homes having small things, likely left behind by previous renters, like salt/pepper and maybe cooking oil, and this one did not. But otherwise, there were sufficient pots, pans, dinnerware, etc in the kitchen.Outside of the kitchen, there were plentiful bath towels, but no beach towels. Perhaps we’ve just been lucky/spoiled by other rental homes having beach towels, but when you fly in and are constrained by luggage allowances, it would be nice to see some beach towels provided. There were no frills like puzzles or games around. Not necessarily expected, but I do frequently see items like that in beach homes and we always enjoy them when they’re there.The dock space is great, as was the pool (which, mid-April, was warm enough without us paying for heat). Pool gets morning sun and afternoon shade, which is great. We rented a boat for the week and loved having it there! Had decent success with fishing straight off of the dock, and had visits from manatees on multiple occasions! Having a marina/gas option right at the end of the canal was very convenient.Visited the cabana club 1 time and it was not our scene.Overall, happy with the stay, but it is pretty no-frills.

We enjoyed our stay! Fishing off the dock and having the pool right there was great! House is extremely quiet at night and has all thecomforts needed. We enjoyed walking over to Havanna Jacks for drinks and their live music. A must try is Coast To Coast Pizza. A great veteran owned pizza shop. I recommend the Hot Head. We would love to come back and stay again host was responsive to texts.

We totally enjoyed our stay at this rental property. The place was bright and clean with plenty of room for everyone. We totally loved having our own private pool. Key colony is a great place to stay. We enjoyed the executive golf course in the cabana club.

We had a great time with ample room for the whole family. Enjoyed the pool, cabana club, and rented a pontoon from Key Colony Marina that was perfect for our group of 9. We ventured to Key West and had outstanding Cuban food at El Meson de Pepe! Delicious seafood from several island local restaurants and breakfast fit for a King at the Stuffed Pig. Great way to spend Christmas.

The property location ia great. The Cabana club is a great plus for the property. We stayed in both sides of the duplex with a total of 20 of us. We had plenty of space for everyone. We will definitely be returning to this property.

Great location! The house was everything we needed. It was clean and there was ample room for 10 to spread out. The pool was fun after a day at sea.The snorkeling was amazing. We saw sea turtles, dolphins, and other incredible sea creatures. The boat dock had more than enough room for our 24 foot. The proximity to the ocean and the Gulf was ideal.

Property is wonderful! Our Second stay here, and we love it! It is the perfect house for families. The location is great! The cabana club is a nice extra! We had a boat too! Fishing was great from the dock! Love everything about it!!!

We love this house. This is the second time that we have rented it very clean and lots of space.
