Canal-front home with private pool, pool spa, dock, boat access, grill, gym, W/D

The location is wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet and a place you can relax. The house itself is nice but it needs some work.

The pool was clean and spacious. The view at the pool was beautiful The gym was a nice added touch. The ambiance of the interior, such as the decor and furniture was average

Queen bed room had no closet and bed was uncomfortable.

My colleagues and i recently stayed at this beautiful vacation home on Marco Island while attending a conference at a nearby JW Marriott, and it really met and even exceeded our expectations.

The house worked for our family and we enjoyed the pool but had to fill it up when we arrived as the water level was very low. We contacted vacasa and did not get a response from the local team. We paid for heating the pool/spa to be able to use the hot tub but were unaware they would heat the pool to 86 degrees which seems excessive for a pool temperature. We asked that they turn the heat off which was done within about 24 hours.The house is not within walking distance from really anything so it was nice to have a car. The kitchen had very few items for preparing meals and the floors/rugs were quite dirty. We’ve stayed at several.VRBOs in the past - this one is just okay.

The property was very nice. We were looking forward to enjoying the spa and pool for this trip and a big reason of why we chose this property. Apparently a request to use the amenities is required days before you arrive so it can take days to heat up and also with an extra charge per day. Very disappointed to have missed that detail-as it was a chilly time. Property management seemed very robotic and was not very prompt. Questions I had over the phone were answered with different information than what would later come delayed via app. For the price, I did expect more.

This home was spacious and nice for our family of four. It was clean and organized. We also enjoyed the workout room. It was too cold to swim but waterside porch offered a pretty view.

The property and level of service were amazing. The pool, hot tub and backyard canal were perfect for our family. Although we didn't need to leave the house with everything to do there, the beach was a quick ride away.

We had a very nice experience at Marco Island. The stay at the house exceeded my expectations. The house was very comfortable, clean and very well equipped. We had no problems in the time we were there. We want to repeat our vacations.

We had such an amazing experience. The house is beautiful and well equipped. We paid for pool heater and it was amazing. We really enjoyed this home and the location. Whenever we had questions the Vacasa team was quick and very friendly with their responses. We recommend and will be booking again soon.

The outside view was amazing with the pool and hot tub at your disposal! Lots of amenities included! To list a few, upgraded large screen TVs, leather couches, comfy beds, full use kitchen with pots/pans, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cups, plates, grill tools, plenty of towels to use for the beach or at the pool, a washer and dryer, etc. We stayed with our two kids and enjoyed coming home to get out of the sun and relax or play in the pool or hot tub and get a good night's sleep. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet at night. The pool was fully screened in and well kept (3-6 ft deep) with a hot tub that has a waterfall into the pool. This home offered an outside shower for if you come in from the dock (no fishing or swimming off the dock) and a full shower bathroom off of the pool lanai. Master bedroom has a full bath with shower and soaker tub. 3 additional bedrooms and 1-1/2 baths. The gym was a nice bonus for anyone looking to add a workout to your daily routine (located in the back of the garage). Overall a great stay! Easy to make yourself feel at home! Would rent this home again without question!
