Stayed Mar 14, 2025This house was perfect for our family of 4. We easily could have had 2 more stay with us. There was tons of room!The pool & lanai area was our favorite part of the house. This house had everything we needed & it's close to everything in Marco Island. We loved everything about it & would highly recommend to any family of 4-6 people.

Stayed May 10, 2024AC was at 83 degrees when first when in (4pm), thermostat was been handle by the owner of the property, we called and by 8 pm they lower it. Cooking pans were found dirty stored away, house was not very clean.

Stayed Mar 27, 2023Our family thoroughly enjoyed this house. My husband and I brought our two boys (5 and 7) for spring break and the house was perfect. When we arrived the house was thoroughly cleaned and the little details that came with our stay made it a 5/5 (charging cords, labeled switches, indoor/outdoor party lights, outdoor tv, lots of different places to sit, the list goes on and on). On top of it… the house was in a great location! So much to walk to. I would strongly suggest to anyone with a family of 6 or less.

Stayed Jan 18, 2023House was great. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Laundry was convenient. Kitchen did not have much in terms of supplies. There was no gas in the outdoor grill. Dishes in the cabinets were dirty, suspect, whoever load of them did not check them. We were mostly disappointed that the pool was not heated upon arrival. No one gave us the option to heat the pool. We would’ve paid to heat the pool but by the time we discovered how to go about it, they told us that the pool probably would not heat up until the day we left. My wife was massively disappointed in the pool situation. The pool was very nice but it was ice cold. Again I would’ve gladly paid to heat the pool but no sense heating the pool if it’s not warm until you leave.

Stayed Feb 9, 2023The location of this home was great. It's a short 4 min drive to the stores and restaurants. The home does need an update and we did have a issue with some bugs in the home.
