Stayed Jan 29, 2026House really wasnt that clean. There was goggles in the pool, a wrapper in the pool, a used bandaid laying next to the pool. Dirty pans in the oven. It was by far the worst stocked VRBO ive used and we have probably stayed in 10 of them. 2 of the 3 toilets need a rebuild they dont fill the tank every time. Lots of ants everywhere in the house. It takes legitametly about 10 minutes to get hot water in the master bedroom shower. And then to top it off i ran to a gas station to get a few more waters to our drive for the last day and the cleaner was trying to get in. We still had an hour and a half until check out. She then just parked down the road and waited for us to leave. Not a fan of being watched and rushed for check out. The house itself isnt bad by any means but clearly its just a vacation property and isnt well looked after.

Stayed Jan 9, 2026Absolutely perfect! Having the pool was great, we spent most of our time in there and the hot tub. It’s just a short drive to Sanibel where our friends were staying. The space was great, clean, and had all we needed!

Stayed Jun 16, 2025This location was easy to get in and out of and close to all the places we like to visit in FL (beach, Sanibel Conway, Estero, etc). The property itself was well maintained, but the property management company did a poor job of cleaning up after the prior renters. Was a real shame to find trash in the bushes, dirty towels and food wrappers floating in the pool. If they change their cleaning crew I would happily stay here again.

Stayed Dec 21, 2024Loved the location, close to the beach and everything necessary for vacation. Being on the canal afforded us a wonderful dolphin experience. House was clean and new. Pool was amazing and the best part of the whole trip according to the family! Living room furniture was modern looking and nice, but could be more comfortable for lounging, as we had a sick family member who would have spent the week on the couch but instead laid in the bedroom. The weather was cool, so AC wasn't necessary for us during this holiday week in December. We would have loved to keep the slider doors open for the breeze, but there weren't any screen doors on the sliders. The only comment about accuracy of online listing would be to update that there is no game room as listed or kayaks available as in pics. This was one of the main reasons we chose the house, so not having either was a bit of a letdown for the group.

Stayed Nov 23, 2024The location of the house was great. It was close to everything. It was clean. However, the description of the house was misleading. It stated “The primary bedroom offers a haven of comfort and elegance, complete with a king-size bed and a window that frames the mesmerizing water vista.” You couldn’t even see the water from that bedroom as the bedroom was located at the front of the house and the small window was facing the neighbor’s house. The game room was something we were excited to use, but when we arrived there was a dart board with no darts and that was it. No air hockey or foosball table like in the pictures. We had been informed before our stay that the Murphy bed had been removed from the house but we were never informed that the game room had also been removed. The main bathroom had a shower panel that was literally being held up by the plumbing fixtures and the glass sliding door was not secure in the wall. We had to be very careful opening and closing it. My children are older, but I would be concerned if I had smaller kids who don’t know to be careful with that door. The pool and hot tub area saved the day! That was an amazing space that we used everyday. We did have issues with the pool heater at first. I messaged the property manager, they said they would be right on it, and send someone out. They never did. Thankfully my husband was able to fix the problem so we could use the pool and hot tub. Property manager also didn’t take care of a separate issue.

Stayed Aug 29, 2024The place worked out perfectly for our family and was our little “oasis” in the midst of a full weekend. Everything was in order and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We will definitely be back.
