We had a wonderful time in Cape Coral! This cute little house had just about everything we needed. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Loved sitting on the lanai watching the boats come and go. Donna was a great host. The air conditioner quit working and she had a repair guy there right away. Check in was easy as it gets. If we go to Cape Coral again, would definitely stay here.

I stayed all of jan. 2022 & was totally impressed with how beautiful Donna’s rental was! Everything is new & modern. Backyard view was so relaxing whether you sat out by the boat dock or having a BBQ dinner from the nice lanai. The Queen mattress was like sleeping on a cloud—again—10/10! The heating & A/C worked 10/10 & very evenly & quiet! Donna was always quick to respond to a text or call. Anyone who stays here will not regret for a minute! Serge

This property was a horrific experience! First the dock / water front access is not true as it is blocked by the land owners boat. She specifically told me I could not use the BBQ (by the pictured chairs in the VRBO) oh and the boat is frequently used by the landlord and her random guests over to THE PROPERTY unannounced (using the side doors and going through the backyard of the property) it was scary for my daughter to see random men and people walking through the yard!!!! Adjacent is a long term renter who is also rude, the landlord, is willing to take any short cut possible with cleaning and insurance policies she makes you buy, youlll be expected you to take out the trash each week and will texted to remind you, the walls have paint issues where the paint is missing, the curtains fell down on top of me the first day there and the dryer smelled like fish (the landlord wasn't able to be bothered to fix these issues though when I told her about them as she was out of town on vacation) finally the owner asked me to start doing the laundry (towels) before I LEFT to make it FASTER for the cleaners!!! EW!!!! during a pandemic none the less!!!!! The final and worst thing is the land owner is now withholding mail and a package from me, a federal crime. Unless your looking for a bunch of problems and unexpected situations I would AVOID this property and I am ashamed for what I paid to be at this rental YUCK!

Fabulous!!! The condo is small but well maintained. It's been recently renovated within the past 5 years so everything still has that new renovated look and feel. Very modern and warm. The 5-star gem for me is the lanai that sits at the back of the condo facing the canal. I spent a lot of time on that lanai and nick named it my Woman Cave. It's what saved us in such close quarters that we weren't used to coming from with over 2500 sf and 3 bathrooms. That one bathroom thing was a challenge for us. But we got thru it and are still married and planning to come back next year. The location is perfect close enough to town to have access to everything without having to drive to timbuktu. Be warned that traffic during the snow bird season is heavy and there are a lot of people there right now. But the weather. Can't beat 80+ degrees and sunny 99% of the time at least the 2 months we spent there. I did enjoy the condo though. Only klitch was the light above the sink flickers and goes out. I told her about it after a month there and she was still working on it when we left. I worked around it and didn't use the light, just used the light coming in from the dining room area. I found it to be enough light. But she is responsive and easy to contact so don't hesitate to reach out to her for anything. She is also aware of the cracked bedroom door. Upgrades are coming for that as well. Overall, well worth the price and if I had another BR I might could do this again. But I did reserve it for next January and will wait and see how the year goes.

Best place we have stayed in several years of Florida trips. Everything was fresh and clean and the kitchen was the best. Truly enjoyed the lanai and the dock on the canal. Peaceful and quiet, and not far from all the shopping/eating amenities. We will be back next year.
