This beautiful home is nestled on a canal located just off the Saint Martin River in Ocean Pines Maryland. The quiet town of Ocean Pines is a short drive away from Ocean City, MD’s fabulous beaches, boardwalk, shops, restaurants, incredible golf, mini golf, Ocean Downs casino, Tanger Outlets, Assateague Island, Frontier Town, go carts and much more. We selected Ocean Pines because it is amenity rich. Ocean Pines boasts a golf course (located only a few blocks from the house), tennis, swimming, nature trails, boating, fishing, community center(s), schools, a library, shopping and more.

No Pets, Please!

Most weeks during the summer are Saturday-Saturday rentals. However, there are also additional openings throughout the summer for shorter stays. We will try to accommodate other options. Please book your stay early as we are unable to hold a potential reservation.

There is a 10,000 pound boat lift on the canal at the house. Please reach out for additional information if interested.

The home features a wheelchair accessible ground level.
We offer Roku TV in every bedroom and in the living rooms and in one Florida room.
We also offer free WIFI.
There is a tankless water heater system.
The house is heated and cooled by central dual level heat and AC.
There are Five (5) bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and one half bathroom between the two levels.
There are two parking spots available in the garage. In addition, the driveway will accommodate four additional vehicles. No street parking permitted

THE TOP LEVEL INCLUDES -Three (3) bedrooms, two (2) full bathrooms, a Florida room and two (2) living rooms with two queen sleeper sofas. The kitchen has an electric 4 burner range with oven, a convection microwave oven. The Master Bedroom is located on the street side with a peek-a-boo bay view, a king size tempurpedic bed, and a private marble bathroom with a glass walk in shower, closet, ceiling fan and 40 TV. The 2nd Bedroom is a Queen located on the street side with a peek-a-boo bay view, closet, ceiling fan and TV to stream via internet. The 3rd Bedroom offers two (2) twin beds, a closet, ceiling fan and TV to stream via internet. There is also a full bathroom on the upper level with tub / shower located just off of the main hallway. The dining area seats eight (8) comfortably. You will find a large capacity washer and dryer located there as well under the granite counter top, covered by cabinet doors. There is additional seating available at the bar / kitchen area and at the cutout between kitchen and dining room. The top level offers 2 living rooms, one with a 50' flat screen TV that can be viewed from both living areas. Access to the upper balcony that overlooks the canal can be found there. There is an upstairs Florida room as well with a digital piano to make a little music.

THE LOWER LEVEL OFFERS -2 bedrooms & 2 Queen pull out sleeper sofas. The lower level master bedroom offers a king size bed with direct canal views, TV, closet and ceiling fan. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed, tv closet and fan. Between the King and queen bedrooms you will find a wheel chair accessible bathroom including a shower with a low lip and foldable padded bench seat. The downstairs Florida room offers a queen pull out sofa bed & its own TV for streaming. The downstairs living room offers another queen pull out sofa bed. The lower level entrance is ground floor and is accessed by a ramp. Our lower level king bedroom, Florida and living rooms are located directly on the canal with direct water views. Each bedroom and Florida room has ceiling fans and a TV. You may crab or fish from our dock. Additionally our dock has a ladder.

The upper deck is furnished with two bistro tables with 4 chairs and two additional wicker chairs. On the lower patio there is a picnic table that will seat up to 8 people.

We provide one parking pass for the Ocean Pines Beach Club located between 49th and 50th street in Ocean City. The community offers 5 pools. We DO NOT offer swimming passes. They must be purchased at the pools or at Ocean Pines administration bldg.

We want you to feel at home, relax and have a great time. However, we do NOT supply sheets, towels, beach towels, toiletries, paper items, and food.

You are responsible for taking all trash & recycling to the curb on assigned trash days and for cleaning up your dishes. Trash is to be taken out the evenings of Sunday and Wednesday for pick ups on Monday and Thursday. Please clean out refrigerators upon departure. Please take with you what you brought. You are also responsible for leaving the house tidy upon your departure. Please do not lock our storm doors. We will have to charge you for locksmith services.

Please be mindful there are many full time residents in the community.
