Process to book was very smooth and the home was great. It was very clean, cute, and had everything we needed.

Our quick trip was amazing, the house was super clean, had everything we needed, bed was amazingly comfy. We saw manatees every single evening during cocktail hour on the dock! Seabreeze agents were awesome, communication was top notch. I would highly recommend renting from this rental company. We will most certainly stay at this house again!

Our family really liked the location of the house, the proximity to the ocean and the pool in the yard!. The inside of the house was very cozy, with comfortable furniture, a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen!

Going Coastal is a beautifully remodeled cottage on a canal with a dock. We rented a boat, and being able to access the open water provided a whole new vacation experience for us. The sunsets on the Gulf are second-to-none, and Going Coastal is less than 300 steps to AMI's stunning blue water and white sand beaches. (We counted!) We loved the location on the north end of the island. It's close to Pine Avenue, and we walked to all the restaurants and shops in the city of Anna Maria. It's a charming area with lots to do. Seabreeze is wonderful to work with. Their customer service is amazing. They think of everything, and we were impressed that they provided enough dish soap, counter cleaner, laundry detergent, paper towels, etc. to get us through the week. It's their attention to small details that makes a big difference! We look forward to future visits to AMI and staying at Going Coastal. It was perfect for our family.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay. The location was absolutely perfect for fishing in the back and a super quick walk to the beach. We loved having the pool and grill. House was very clean and cute, we would stay here again.

Pefect 2 king bedroom, 2 bath house with a pool on a canal. The house was well stocked with supplies and amenities including beach needed items. The beach is a very short walk along w/nearby shops and eateries. Communication w/rental agency was outstanding, highly recommend.

Been to the island a few times and this was one of our favorite houses we’ve stayed in! Loved fishing off the dock and walking to the beach for a quick dip. Pool was the perfect size for two people and neighborhood was quiet and clean. Would stay here again

Pool was not on our must list but now that we've had one, we will always want to stay where there is one! We would be at beach (very quick walk) all day and evening and then spend more time in the pool! Loved the beach chairs around the pool, the deck, private yard and dock. The beach chairs, umbrellas, noodles and even a pump to fill the items we brought were great. There is a hose to rinse off when you get back from beach. The washer and dryer worked great. Beds were SO comfy. Note the bathrooms are attached to the bedrooms so there is no hall bathroom. Our daughter's boyfriend stayed with us and slept in the pull out, so he felt like he was invading our space to use the bathroom. SeaBreeze was VERY responsive and texted me CLEARLY saying we could reply to the text with any questions and they got back to us RIGHT AWAY. We did not watch any TV. I would agree with the other comments regarding the kitchen items. We ate in most of the time and could have used a pizza pan, pizza cutter and some food storage containers, but we made do and it really wasn't a hardship. We would definitely stay here again.

Fishing off the pier in the back, a pool and a couple of blocks from the beach. This property has it all, it was a wonderful experience.
