Canal-front Gem w/ Pool & Hot Tub in Anna Maria

All was good unfortunately the weather was not cooperating heat was a little problem but that may have been because the wind chill was in the 20's other than that all good thank you

The house itself was very nice, clean and good location. However, very lacking in amenities for the cost of the rental. eg. only 2 rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, no garbage bags at all, no soap, shampoo, no tissues, etc. Sometimes its the little things that make a rental and they were definitely not included. We did have to call maintenance because we could not get any of the TV's to work and they came and fixed the one in the bedroom and then we couldn't get the one in the living room to work at all. The shower head in the one bedroom was clogged also and they did come and fix that after the first day. The home was decorated nicely and would have probably given it 5 stars if they just would have put a little effort into those little things. We went out and purchased everything we needed but I feel like those things should be included.

Location was great, it was a little on the colder side for the time of year we stayed but the heated pool and hot tub was great for the kids! Even did a little fishing off the dock.

Our host was wonderful at communicating and answered all questions we had throughout our stay. This home is beautiful and a prime location! The pool was wonderful and our daughter learned to swim during our stay. Thank you and we can’t wait to visit again!

Nice house. Enjoyed the pool. A little dark with all the trees around. Would benefit from better quality cotton bed linens.

We had a fabulous stay in Anna Maria Island! The house was beautiful, clean, the beds were comfortable. We had so much fun using the pool and hot tub. Great location and close to beaches and restaurants. We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

we did enjoy our stay- great location- there were a few things we did want to point out for future stays: the master bedroom and pull out mattresses where not comfortable at all and the TVS in both bedrooms were not working even after going through the directions provided. we did have an ant problem but there was ant spray we killed them 2 times.

This was our first trip to Ana Maria Island and certainly will not be our last. The house was beautiful, well appointed and clearly recently renovated. It was great to have the pool to come home to after spending the day at the beach and the water was quite warm and we use the hot tub quite frequently. The location was perfect. You could walk to where you wanted to go. We will definitely rent this house again!

This place is just a couple blocks off of Pine Street and a short walk to the beach and a lot of the shops along Gulf Dr. I would definitely recommend this great little house.

The property was clean and well-stocked with kitchen and beach essentials, as well as plenty of towels. It was only a few blocks from the beach, and there were great restaurants just a short walk or bike ride away. The pool and hot tub provided a nice place to relax after a day at the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Walked to a beach every morning, pool and hot tub every afternoon and a walk to ice cream every evening! Perfect getaway...

Perfect for lounging by the pool/spa, watching a movie or heading to the beach for a few hours with a nap afterwards. Also a wonderfully modern kitchen to cool in.

Everything was perfect and just as described. We really enjoyed the pool, and being so close to all the dining/shopping and beach. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing experience we had on this beautiful island in this family friendly rental. We absolutely loved the heated pool and spa since it was a little chilly during our stay. The backyard area was a dream with a private jungle feeling and the canal right there. Also loved the one story layout with two masters. Cleaning could’ve been spruced up as well as the washing machine being extremely loud. All in all, we’d go back in a heartbeat.

This location is very well set up for a group of four…..particularly two couples. It includes a brand new pool and hot tub, as well as a small dock. Inside, it has all been rehabbed and decorated and stocked with everything you might need. I highly recommend this house.

We rented a little over a month after the hurricanes. We paid for heated pool, but the equipment was more damaged from the storms than the owner realized. They were trying to replace equipment before we got there, but couldn’t get it done. Owner immediately made contact to apologize and offered an immediate refund on pool heat. Can’t ask for much better honesty. The house has a really nice two bedroom layout. If you caught a good weather window the three door setups in the livingroom could be amazing. Short walk to the beach and right off Pine Ave, it is a nice spot. Canal wildlife brought us some great bird watching.

House was very clean and within walking distance from the local shops and restaurants. Kids love the pool and walking to the beach.

The house was in a perfect location, very convenient to the beach, piers, shops and restaurants. The house was great and had everything we needed and was the perfect size for our family of 4. The outdoor space was very nice and used the pool and hot tub often. The only negative thing I would say is the mosquitoes were so bad in the back. Has nothing to do with the house but it really deters us from staying on a canal next time. Even during the day while trying to hang out by the pool and fish we were eaten alive. They provided a candle and bug spray which helped. Other than that it was fantastic!

We enjoyed our stay so much. House was clean and tidy with every amenity you may need. Only draw back was no bathroom on first floor, clothes washer was not balanced, and fan remote battery was dead down stairs in box. Other than that our stay was perfect.

The location of this property is great, just enough tucked away from the crowds but close to restaurants, beach, and pier. Located on the lagoon, the backyard was quiet and private. The place was clean and well stocked with towels and sheets. Our only complaint is there were no kayaks offered like in the pictures and listing. We specifically picked a house on the lagoon with kayaks so that our kids could paddle. When we arrived, we found there were no kayaks so that was disappointing. Overall, we would stay there again. It was a great spot for a family of four!
