When you walk in our home you will find our open concept living room and kitchen that creates the perfect space for memorable gatherings. The living room features a large Smart TV, along with plush seating and a cozy gas fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked to make a home cooked meal and enjoy at the kitchen island.



Out back, there is a small private patio with string lights, a table, and a gas grill.



When it is time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our two private bedrooms all located on the second floor:

1) King size bed, Smart TV, closet and a nearby bathroom.

2) Queen size bed, Smart TV, and a nearby bathroom.

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.

- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.

    The property had a very convenient location, easy to get around the city from there. However, immediately walking in to the property, strong, urine smell downstairs and going upstairs into the two bedrooms. Had a sink problem that they came over and fixed, and they even noticed the urine stains on the carpet downstairs. The smell was even worse, going up the stairs and into the two bedrooms. We went and bought pet odor, deodorizer, etc., to try and offset the smells. The outside deck had trash in the corner. The property had plenty of utensils for cooking, and everything else you would need. Too bad about the smells and the stains both downstairs and upstairs.

    Upon arrival, the property wasn't the cleanliness (cobwebs, opened wrappers on floor, bedding blanket not clean in both bedrooms, upstairs & stairway smelled like animal/pet urine). Contacted property manager, they sent cleaner but the animal urine scent was the entire week long stay. Property management only gave me a 15 refund for smells due to the cleaner saying they didn't smell it before/during our stay; but all parties that stayed in the condo of our stay smelled the same strong odor all week long. Besides that, the downstairs is a cute living space/kitchen of the condo. The property is right next to a railroad track, but over time of the stay you kind of block out the train horn sounds, but it does shake the condo a little bit when the train comes through.
