Stayed Oct 3, 2025Location is great for convenience to campus. We had a little bit of a challenge finding the address in the dark. May have been just pure exhaustion on our part. Bedrooms are all upstairs, but there is a half bath downstairs. The provided coffee was much appreciated!

Stayed Apr 18, 2025We really enjoyed Sherry’s Campus 3 Bedroom House for our home base while visiting our UA freshman over Easter weekend. The location is ridiculously close to the university of Arkansas as well as just about any drive-through restaurants you can imagine! It was super clean and well stocked. Sherry was hands down the best host I have had the pleasure of renting from. She was quick to respond to any questions and super flexible with our requests. We will be booking again for sure!

Stayed Mar 14, 2025We arrived at 4pm to clean home. We had no trouble getting in and dropped our stuff and walked to Bud Walton to cheer on the Razorback gymnastics team. It’s so close! The. Saturday we walked to Bogle park! We could have easily walked to Razorback soccer field or Baum Walker! Great location, Sherry is awesome to communicate with to! Great experience we will be back!

Stayed Nov 1, 2024First of all, Sherry was an incredible host! Responsive and accommodating! We came in to Fayetteville for a game and had an absolute blast. The property is within walking distance to the stadium and the main nightlife area (or short Uber). Highly recommend this property.

Stayed Oct 4, 2024Almost hate to leave a great review for a place we’d love to rent again (and again). Great spot for a football weekend - @ 15-20 min walk to the stadium and north end tailgates. Lots of retail and food on MLK immediately south. Property and host are terrific and make the wkd EASY !! And so far as we are concerned, the house brought the good luck for the Hogs (baby meant we had to watch the end at home) ?
