The Space:

Sitting high on Camp Road this double story property can easily accommodate two families in comfort with the living areas lactated upstairs. A great floorplan that has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms split across both levels, with a great kids room that has 2 bunk beds and a single. The living space upstairs is sure to impress, not only is the area serviced by air conditioning and a slow combustion fireplace, but there are 2 external decks, one off the living room, and the other off the dining room allowing you to follow the sun all day, the perfect spot for your morning coffee or BBQ of an evening with family and friends. The Anglesea River is just behind Camp Road, plenty of walking and bike tracks near by or drop the canoe in for a paddle! Shopping precinct including cafes, local hotel are also at the end of Camp Rd with the beach mere moments drive away. This property won't disappoint.

Payment Terms – (excluding Airbnb bookings) If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay.

Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.



Guest Access:

On the day of your arrival you will receive a text providing you with the details for check-in, including the location of the key safe and its code. You should receive this sms at approximately 9am. In order for this sms to be generated you need to ensure that you sign and return the confirmation as well as provide us with a copy of your identification.

    Great quiet location, close to shops, river, beach, plenty of space for two families (backyard cricket) kitchen well equiped, perfect for relaxing beach holiday.

    Comfortable and well-appointed property in a great location close to river, beach, shops and bike park. The property had ample space and the beds were comfortable. Great to have DVDs, games, books and a full kitchen as well as lots of outdoor space. We were initially surprised that the property didn’t have WiFi but it turned out to be a good opportunity to disconnect.

    Great Pet Friendly property for families. Lots of extra homely additions. Kitchen utensils , firewood, 2 decks upstairs, big undercover area. Beautiful bushy garden.
