2 level home. First level entry has garage, living room, kitchen, dining room, porch access and 1/2 bath. Upstairs has master bedroom with king bed and full bath with shower only. Bedroom with queen bed. Bedroom with 2 twin/twin bunks and a full hall bath with tub.
This home is near several other Kiwanda Coastal Properties homes in the Dory Pointe neighborhood of Pacific City.

Neighborhood:
Dory Pointe is a newer, quiet neighborhood of upscale beach homes built consistent with the natural environment. The area is bordered on the east by a greenbelt of shorepine trees that is perfect for exploring. Dory Pointe is centrally located near the beach just north of Kiwanda Shores and across the street from Shorepine Village. It is very close walking distance to all the Cape Kiwanda activities including surfing, dory boat launching, shopping and restaurants. The walk to the beach is quick through Shorepine village trails, or down the street to Cape Kiwanda State Park.

Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).

Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

    As said above great location. Hot tub, and fire pit were fantastic. When i first sat on the couch there was a horrible smell that must have been soaked into the fabric. We called into your customer service and a housekeeper promptly came out to clean it. We finally bought frebreeze with seemed to really work. The upstairs bedroom tv and cable needed to be either fixed or removed constant issues. Overall thought nice stay affordably priced.

    Lovely home with well thought amenities to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. Loved the clean hit tub after a cold day at the beach. Wooded area behind the house gave us extra room for outside family fun. Located near the skate park too…great for the skaters in the family. Wouldn’t change a thing about our stay.

    I celebrated my 39th birthday here with 6 of my best friends! We had an amazing time! The property was beautiful and the location was AMAZING! We were able to walk to both towns enjoy the beach, and even pop into Lincoln City to visit Chinook Winds Casino for a night out! We have all said we'd definitely like to make this an annual trip!

    We really enjoyed our stay. Home was clean and well kept. Rental managers were friendly and stayed in touch. They were prompt in checking a small problem with the rental. Easy to check in and out. Loved it!!

    We had a fantastic time, the house was well stocked with nice dishes, pots and pans and even seasonings. Quality towels and bedding. Check in was easy and simple. I love that there was a place for recycling at the office. The backyard was beautiful and it’s a short little trip to the beach. Loved it and can’t wait to go back.
