Camp District Home Steps to Camp WaterColor Pool and Neighborhood Park

House is perfect for kids as it’s situated directly across from Camp Watercolor. We especially loved the front porch with a view of the lazy river. Bikes provided were great, and renting a golf cart was the way to go. Also, the 360 staff was very responsive to requests. Of note, the staff went the extra mile on the day of checkout to help us locate a valuable lost item. Would definitely book the same trip again!

Camp watercolor is right across the street, spacious house with plenty of room for gatherings. The only downside was small bathrooms, but overall loved it and would happily stay there again.

We loved our time at this house. Spent evenings talking on the porch and enjoyed family dinners around the large dining table. Just across the street is the water park which made it easy to get to with toddlers.

We were “wowed” from the entrance till checkout. Beach house was wonderful and location by Camp Watercolor could not be better with small kids (twins 4 and a baby). Just a few yards to the house at 282 Spartina Circle. Expensive, but worth it!

We had two families, each with multiple children, and we had plenty of room to relax and have our own space (+ sufficient WiFi with all the screens!). The house is truly across the street from Camp Watercolor and the rocking Adirondacks on the front porch allow you to look directly at the lazy river. Our kids loved the porch swing. I could use the side porch to work while others were pitter-pattering around the house. Everything was in working order and we were 100% satisfied. We will be back :)

Great overall experience, super location across from the WC Camp pool. The place is perfect for family and friends and the Service from 360 was top notch.

This is a perfect house for one family of 6-8 who want to spread out, or for two smaller families. The property is located right across from pool amenities. The property does not come with a golf cart so be sure to reserve one far out in advance as the property managers allow rental from only one company. The only disappointment was that the house next door had several teen agers on a daily basis who were playing loud music. It was quickly resolved when others called security. So, with this said, know that neighborhood security is definitely available for any disrupting behavior. Overall a wonderful home to have family time. Access to amenities and pools were fantastic. We would come back!

Our family was headed overseas for Spring Break 2020 when Corona Virus derailed our plans - the day before we were scheduled to leave! We pivoted at the last minute and 360 Blue was able to help us find us a great home in Watercolor at the last minute. We stayed at 282 Spartina Circle. The home was perfect for our family. Great location - right across the street from Camp Watercolor.& the soccer fields & the playground. The house was in great shape and we perfect for our crew. The *only* downside was that they were doing construction on the home next door to us and the crew working on that home started swinging hammers around 8 a.m. (which was early for some in my family)! But - nothing you can do about that!

We had a wonderful time! The house was great and the Watercolor community was fun for the whole family.

We loved our stay. The screen porch was a great place for board games and relaxing. Everyone had plenty of room and enjoyed all the amenities in the house. The kids loved the bikes. I loved the walking trails and pretty water views. We will be back!
